A good book that confirms Heiser is A reassessment of Biblical Elohim , by Joel Burnett.
Many of us knew about the supernatural realm, the Nephilim, and the divine council view before Dr. Heiser started teaching on it. What Dr. Heiser did was back it up with his scholarship and research, and validate it as being a historical view, and created his own platform to make it publicly available. These people criticizing him on that are in error, and slandering him because Dr. Heiser made it more difficult for them to ignore it and dismiss it as a fringe subject of heretics.
Had not heard of heiser but getting very interested in scriptures. Your channel looks good so I subscribed. Keep it up

Thanks. I don't know where this even comes from (I missed whatever preceded it). The thing that Mike said ALL THE TIME was that "none of this is unique to Mike"... he always said he was a synthesizer of scholarship and insights from many others. Man, these are not Christian brothers and sisters with their lack of even basic investigation... probably didn't even listen to Mike's stuff.
This feels like one of those events. Where lying spirits instigated Doreen and fellow conspirators to sacrifice themselves publicly. It is a stark reminder that we are tested. That we are all capable of falling. It is not about whether or not we fall. It is about whether or not we reach out for a helping hand from God to help us get back up.

Who are these folks in that video? How in the world are they claiming lies? They’re either lying on purpose or they’re bonkers or deceived. Everything Heiser says is based on the fact that he didn’t know the info on the Divine Council and a friend led him to it. Then, he hoped to help the lay person discover the info that scholars and 1st century folk had access to. That video of those folks is a hot mess. They really should study before they speak.

Heiser’s enemies are just mad because they like the current heresy and don’t want Heiser to modify it. Instead of adding Henotheism to it I would abolish it altogether and start from scratch, but without Jewish/Christian dualism.
