Honestly, there were elements to both Chris's and Bryan's side that could've probably been played out better. I take Bryan's side more, but I do think he should've done a better job of reading NSN's reactions in the interview. All in all, it happened, it's done, I don't think either party lost sleep over it.

How funny, people just talk bad about Chris, but come on, he's musician, he got fame, but he still human, probably he has a bad day, and he was upset and pissed, when poeple is upsed and pissed, we become stupids and jerks, look at yourself and tell me if you have not done the same thing just once in your life, and then, everyone is criticizing you.
God, I love Never Shout Never. The new album is beautiful and so are they. They've really changed my life, and I love them for that. :)

Chris isn't a dick, he just snapped, people snap all the time, they make mistakes. He knows it was wrong and he apologized.
His apology consisted of "We weren't nice" and "Oh, it's because I thought the world was ending." There was no sincerity there at all, and I doubt he meant a word of it.
"we definitely were like...not being nice" While he is smiling. He didn't even use the words 'sorry' or 'apologize'. From what I saw, there was no apology, he was just admitting that he "wasn't being nice"
For those fans who dont get it why people dislike the band you guys should watch the Bryanstars interview. Not spreading hate but you guys should not bluntly scold others.

The thing is, if you stopped supporting/loving Chris, then don't bother calling yourself anywhere near a fan. A fan is someone who loves their idol unconditionally and supports them. i think everyone needs to stop talking about the bryan stars incident. sure, both of them are right in their own ways, but both also grew from the experience and are moving on. what we as fans of either or both

So I'm here from one of Bryan's BVB interviews where Andy dissed Chris. I've watched it before but never really knew who Chris was. I've listened to NSN for little over a year and really like their music but never became a big fangirls of them. After just fir inning the interview again I decided to read the comments and Google who this Chris guy was because I am a big fan of Bryan and to have Andy stand up for him was really sweet. So after realising who it was and watching his 'apology' videos I have to say I really dislike the band. Their music is great and they have a lot of talent but their personalities and just them being them isn't fit for the music industry. To all the fans that are sticking up for him as a person and not for his music, do you realise he's a druggy? He was arrested for possession of marijuana and was obviously high as fluck on something in the interview where he actually assaulted Bryan and then just brushed it off like 'oh it wasn't that big of a deal it was just a heat of the moment' it doesn't excuse you for hurting someone. Done.
One thing I do know about Chris. He has the best tattoo art in the world.

Everyone saying 'he's changed' ...He's growing up and his music is changing, yes. But how boring would it get if it was always the same? His personality and how he acts towards fans is still the exact same...I met chris 2 months ago and I've never known someone respect and appreciate his fans so much, so isn't that all that matters? That he respects us and we carry on supporting him and the music? ....Let him change once and a while. He's human.
He isn't a jerk. When you've actually gotten to know him then you can post your opinion. At Warped he went against security and snuck to his booth to take pictures with fans since they couldn't before. When security rushed him away he hugged every single fan. During the Bryan Stars interview he was on lots of drugs but he's gone and done rehab and is getting better. There are plenty of worse people out there. He worked hard to get where he is. Show some respect. I don't see most of you touring.

Being in a band is a dream for millions; part of the job is doing your best at every show, during every interview and every time you meet a fan, during the good times and the shitty ones. In any other career and profession, if someone acted as shit to someone as Chris and NSN did towards Bryan then they would have lost their career. The band should think themselves lucky that they can get away with treating people like that. Nobody has that right, even during the worst of times.

I'm sorry but I don't know how Chris didn't know Bryan would react that way. Bryan wasn't just an interviewer, he was a huge fan. He drove seven hours to do that interview. I don't care what the hell he was on, that wasn't cool. I was a HUGE fan of them before that interview came out, no I wouldn't spit in his direction. And I didn't see him apologizing "a whole lot" I saw one fucking TWEET from him saying sorry.
He doesn't even have anything to real to say about it. All i hear is "yeah like, you know like.. it sucked, we weren't being nice". Also who gets messed up so badly before an interview, way professional dude.

bryan mention'd very clearly that he organizes interviews based on the musicians personalities yeah alot of his questions are goofy but their are plenty of serious interviews that he did bryan should have just kept up with nsn since he "was a fan" or whatever

Everyone has moments where they are rude to people, but people move on. Yeah, what he said wasn't nice, but the only reason that people aren't over it is because he is famous. Chris apologized several times, he quit those crazy drugs that he is on, and he is working on being a better person. This happened over a year ago. Bryan has gotten over it, so why can't everyone else?

Actually he was having a problem with drug addiction last year, and the drugs affected his personality during that interview. He has now quit all of the drugs, and he apologized to Bryan. Bryan is over it, so everyone else should be too. I've met him twice and he is super nice.Don't judge anyone on one bad moment. You don't know what people are gong through. It makes more sense for his true character to be how acts in every other video than how he acted in one video where he was on drugs.
I miss the EP days when he was a nice guy and didn't need to release music as often because it was actually good.

That was over a year ago, and he was on a shit load of drugs. Chris wasn't himself at the time. Not just in the interview, but in general. It started getting worse about a month before the Bryan Stars interview. He was on so many drugs, he actually forgot lyrics to practically all of his songs at an acoustic set. He is not an asshole. He just needed help, and he got it.
Christopher Drew is not an asshole he's not a douche and he's not a prick. Honestly, If i was Bryan Stars, i would just be happy to see them! Chris told him that how he was interviewing wasn't his style, and he didn't mind the joking around, but he needed the seriousness of it too, because he views his music as art. Which it is. it's his whole life. But Bryan continued to interview that way, and Chris was done. Bryan overreacted. grow a pair and just be happy you saw them!

Honestly, Christofer and Bryan were both wrong. Bryan shouldn't have taken to a video whilst crying. I think it was more for attention than anything. And Christofer was wrong because he could've went about it another way. Doesn't make Christofer a bad person, he's actually very caring and compassionate about things that matter. I think Bryan made everything worse by blowing it out of proportion and made a video of him crying.

I met Christofer Drew and he's a wonderful person. He was down to earth with Bryan and he was a baby about it. He should have been asking more questions about the music they were doing and not asking just Chris. Plus, what star doesn't screw up sometimes?
