.yo, im trying to install the fog lights that come witg the angel ring. So for the angel light, where do i tap into? Cos i want the option to turn them on independent of the headlight, kinda use it like DRL
The 2 options is run a switch into the car that you can use and a relay for turning it on and off, the other option is try tap it into the park light so when the parks are on the Ring will turn on

yo buddy i done the same set up tapped my fog lights into the parks then i left it on foe about 10-15 min and it got VERY VERY hot so hot that the one globe popped.....any advise?
Hi there, if the wiring is fine then it might be a case of the bulbs being faulty. They should get warm as most bulbs will but to the point where it pops is unheard of on our side. Bear in mind we are not experts so we would suggest to chat to an auto electrician.
I got mine installed today... When driving home I thought to myself.... How do you change a bolb if it goes out? And is it only me or do they shine more to the sides?
In the case of our install the bumper would probably need to come off, terminals on the wires would also help marking the changing process easier. As for the angle yes we found these pirate spots don’t really shine forward but then again that’s the headlights job ✌️
Evening I bought fog lights for the same car,got them working with the park lights. Then 2 days after they stopped working(including the park lights rear and front) checked the fuse for the park lights all good. Do you have any idea of what could be the problem

looking to do the same on my golf. and i dont want to use the relay. can i tap directly from the parking lights
It should work but we are not sure if it will cause any issues worth a shot

According to a polo group it’s recommended to use H11

The 9N3 bumpers are a bit of a struggle to get off🤣🤣🤣. Magnetic tip screwdrivers are a must

Hey I tried changing my headlight on the same polo but having problems clipping the bulbs back into place and the space is a nightmare 😂

I have a Polo vivo Sedan 2011 model , what will cost me to upgrade my headlights to LED's and install some fogs as well ?

When I scrab the wire which colour do I scrab
Either the red and black or the 2 black ones depends on the model car

Not sure what could have caused the problem, especially seeing as the fuse did not pop

I am having a problem with mine they are blowing the left side fuse…I checked wiring but no win have you guys come across something?
So this was an old spec bumper and you didn’t need to buy a new bumper you just cut out a part to fit the foglights?

I've connected mine just like this but the wires keep burning, how do I avoid this from happening again?
We would suggest try running a thicker wire and see if that helps
