- These are the clips of our adventures at the Paul Roggerman European open and the Flattie bash held on the Friday in 2020.
My mate Troy swept the boards catching 8 dabs to win his section in the Flattie bash and weighing in over 10lb of cod to win the open.
Himself and Mike Fox won the two man combined team on the Saturday and were narrowly beaten into 4th place in the 4 man team on day 2.
Amazing fishing and an amazing weekend. I can't wait to get back next year and hopefully make my way up the steps too - Спорт

That's great John I'm glad you liked it. I've seen some spectacular sunrises but never anything like that before. It rises over the mountains here so it was awesome to see it over the ocean.

Ya it was my first time at the Flattie bash I can't wait to have another go next year. Its a mad format trying to get a spot lol.

Hi James we used a mix of rigs. Pulley pennel rigs, up and over rigs and 2 hook loop rigs. All used with grip leads
well done was that a rag worm i see lol on that hook...

Peter mate it was a century Excalibur. It didn't look like it bent at all but he was smashing it serious distance

Great fish nice vid,only thing that wasn't great was when landing the fish ,the way that bloke was lazily kicking it up onto the sand.Just looked ordinary.
Do you know James we discussed it. It would of been easy to cut it out but that was how it happened. It wasn't ideal and we all said we would make a better effort in future. At the time though it was high adrenaline the fish had been snagged up a few times and we knew just how valuable it would be

There was definitely a pile of people that far away so it was hard to see much specially as the tide filled
