Good video mate, looked very cold, I've caught the dogfish on the squid, they seem keen on it, me and my fishing mate caught a lot, almost every cast, (re-bait), on Strangford lough, was good. All the best. 🍻👍

On Strangford, we caught the red 'rock cod', on the lug worms, plenty of wrasse around also, we used to fish at ballyhornan, was good there, of the rocks, bit of a hike though lol. 🍻👍
Cheers Keith, iv only had 10 over the winter this year. Nothing to big 5.3 lb the largest. I was talking to a few lads that live for cod fishing and they were the same only a handful of fish this year. Warmer weather and the large boats they say are to blame

@@mikeoutdoors22 I went to kilgorman strand last night wasn’t great , 1 small bass 😬 I said I’d bring my dad to do a bit of fishing Wednesday day time , any piers or beaches you would recommend to fish during daylight hours

Hahaha, usually can't get them off the hook. I did a spot of dogfishing in the 80s. Well done, good vid 👍
