Sorry dear this is not just for women. My Guru that I have been with for 13 years from India says the same thing that there is no suffering in this life. Of course after removal of social conditioning, fears etc. Also as a martial artist for 17 straight years and in my 20's also the dan tien or the AREA WHERE THE WOMB IS IS YOUR POWER CENTER AND WITH BREATHING TECHNIQUES YES YOU CAN CREATE ETC. Qigong masters say this also. Many years ago in the Hindu culture and probably African also there were Goddesses with many powers.
