Has anyone suggested turning over your mystery and stitching top down? I also stitch top down! I start upper right. We can’t all be crafting gaming jamie😂
Haha! If only we all could be like Jaime! I watched someone on Twitch who stitched upside down, I don’t know if my brain could handle it! But no one has suggested it, and now I have to try!
@@x-stitchandchillstitching upside down is exactly the same as stitching right side up. Just turn the pattern upside down and you will see how easy it is. I do it all the time.
Thread Gremlins are right - your audio is amazing. I also really love your intro and wish I could do something similar for my channel. Happy stitching!
Thanks! And my intro is a template 🫣 I used a professional program to personalize it, but I’m sure there are easier ones out there! Sometimes I forget to use it though! 😂😂
I'm so curious to see what your mystery animal turns out to be! I am with you on the House of the Dragon characters and having trouble keeping them all organized in my head. I'm going to look into Kingdom of Lies. I absolutely could not stand the audiobooks for ACOTAR but I loved the whole Throne of Glass series.
My only qualm with the ACOTAR audio book, is she made Rysand sound like a middle aged man. I had to readjust my brain to imagine him as some hot young dude. Kingdom of Lies is voiced by the same actors who did the Touch of Darkness series. Sometimes it just takes me listening to it for long enough to just get used to it and enjoy the plot.
I can't articulate it either, but I am ALSO loving the Mystery SAL from Velvet Pony! I messed something up at StitchCon so I need to get back to it to fix it. I'm HOPING it's a red panda! :)
Oooo! A red panda would be fun! I’m hoping for a capybara! I don’t know if I said that in the video… haha! But I feel like I’m getting large rabbit vibes… a jackalope!
Haha! It’s funny how we notice those types of things on flosstubes! That’s how I realized I was using my lowrey stand upside down! It’s like, why did I not think of that…
I prefer to work from the bottom upwards. I planning to try full coverage soon, but I'm a bit intimidated, that everyone is doing it from the top down. It feels like I'll be doing it wrong 😅 Plus I actually started everything in the middle till now. And actually work with my project flipped to reach the bottom of the piece and then work my way up again. It's pretty much cross country 😂 Well, I'll find a way to make it work I guess
That's the nice thing is that you can kind of do it however. I know stitchers that start at the top and then they jump to the middle, or they start on the part they are most excited about and then work around from there! Whatever works best for you!

Thank you for watching! I love them too, but maybe some more than others... haha!
@@x-stitchandchill I get that. And I have trouble UFO-ing anything. Same thing with finishing books. If I start, I MUST finish, hahaha!

Thanks! Sounds like I’m not the only one who saves up their floss tubes for an epic viewing!
Better than ACOTAR, def going to read that. Great projects, great sound quality as always! -C

@@x-stitchandchill I DID get confirmation it was a "little booty" ;)
OMG did you tie a knot in your blue bungie thing to shorten it? SO SMART and I'm totally yoinking that idea.
