Why on earth are open homes 1.5 hours!!?!? We do 30mins, ok, they're smaller houses than USA, but 1hr would be enough. I like to play music on Bluetooth speaker to people feel like they don't have to whisper. I used to play slow music, now I play some funky music with a bit of energy.
Because Americans won't come if you give them such a small window, especially if they live more than 30 minutes away. Often they're trying to get to multiple open houses during a period of very few hours(2-4).
Garth is always dropping some gems! He had me interested in open houses during our Wolfpack training call a couple of weeks ago and had never really thought of them seriously because of the time commitment….BUT this strategy is SOLID! Thanks guys and keep bringing the HEAT Mike! 🙌🏾🐺💪🏾👊🏾😃

Wow, intense!! lol..I’m a brand new agent and I am doing open houses it is quite a bit of work! I can’t imagine doing that many in one day wow! How do you know all those specific details when you are doing 4 in a day? And what about the over lap? A lot of ppl I get have bought multiple homes and don’t need someone to explain the home buying process?
