In my market, everyone has been looking for months to a year because of low inventory. Because of this everyone walking in the door already has an agent.
Try to think of a valuable solution that is not being offered by other realtors in your market. You can always send me an email to discuss some ideas!

• Camera that you use
• frame rate & resolution
• Audio that you use and any mixers, etc. to make these videos
• Editing software that you use before posting? Do you change the frame rate in post editing?

It's all about providing value to them! We include a map of other open houses in the area, a feature sheet of your listing and a business card and we also have an "Informed Home Buyers Guide" - Packed with information about the process of buying a house that we put in there!
Do you sell the VIP book? would love to see what that looks like.

We print it off from our MLS - we radius search the area's open houses and print!
I can’t count how many Starbucks was shut down in my city….not all agents have access to pocket listings
Hi, Lori try reaching out to agents in your office as they might have more options for off-market inventory. As well you could start a Facebook group in your area and invite other realtors to market exclusive or pocket listings there. 🙂

I am riding this comment strictly to try to help not being critical at all but I am four minutes and 17 seconds into this video and have not gained one bit of the information that I'm looking for it has literally been four minutes of hype.
Starbucks is shutting down the vast majority of their sit down stores in the next coming years so what does that mean about all of this 😳
It means that idea had its day (within that particular industry), it deff helped to grow their brand, but now brand is evolving in another direction.😊

Off Market listings are 20 percent of your business? You mean 20 percent of your clients have limited market exposure. Does that benefit you or them? Think about it. You would never work for me.
20% of his business isn’t necessarily 20% of his clients. If he has a buyer client and gets them a good deal with it for sale by owner for example he is doing an amazing job for His client. The buyer
We find off-market inventory by working very hard, door-knocking, networking, reaching out to private sellers and going above and beyond for our clients, and outperforming our local market regularly. 🙂
Agents that only rely on the MLS do their clients a huge disservice and are missing out.
