Think realistically, how would it work? There are only really 5 characters that ever do anything, 2 of which are gone for half of the arc (goku and piccolo). They could change the story to make Nail join you sooner then have piccolo replace him later, but even then not a lot of events happen leading up to the climax. Plus Goku is stuck on his ship until the Ginyu force, then once he fights Ginyu he''s gone until Frieza again. They would have to drastically change the story just to make a full game out of it, and that's probably why they never made a sequel

Another one i remember that gets bigger and gets slight change in energy color is Yamchas Super Spirit Ball. The Ball grows slightly bigger and it gets a slight red/pink aura to it.

I had to reunite so many items and plan my fight with Broly so much. It took all of the available characters to defeat him and it was really epic when I finally did it. Broly has always been my favourite DBZ character.
I just started playing this after finishing Fusions and Advanced Adventure(my favorite Dragon Ball games so far) and it's wonderful! The sprites are great, the mechanics work nicely and the story is fairly good. Though i'm still marathoning the 1986 Dragon Ball, i'm enjoying Attack of the Saiyans's story a LOT.
The game's attention to detail was great. As you upgrade attacks, they got stronger ofc. However, at a certain point in the game, your bonus level up points increased based on if youre a Human, Namekian or Saiyan. Gohan and Goku start getting some very respectable bonuses, followed by Piccolo, so on and so forth.
I just recently purchased Dragonball Origins and am working my way through it. I looked to see what other DB/DBZ handheld games there are when I came across this video. After seeing it, I've decided to look this game up and play it. Jave heard nothing but good things about it. Can't wait.

When they created Dragon Ball Kakarot and said it would be an RPG I had hoped we would get something like this a really cool RPG...but it was another generic game with the same re used combat from Tenkaichi, man I would pay the high bucks for a Dragon Ball game made by Arcsys but in this style imagine that fluid animation with this combat and all sagas, so much potential.

This used to be one of my most favorite games on my Nds. I played through it like a dozen times over the years. That helped me understand the small things like what stats to level up, what equipment's to get for each character and so on. So i use a lvl.99 character here, Goku being the best character in game with the highest defense and second highest speed/dodge, i just had to focus on not being hit, tanking his hits is off the question, he does way too much damage. Always kept Kaioken or After-Image Technique on for that dodge rate. The confusion caused by Kaioken 3 times would have been a problem. But i fixed this problem with an equipment. Moving on to equipment's, i gave Goku the "Modal Full Moon" 00:02 An item just like "Perfume" for Yamcha which increases all his stats significantly, but at the cost of Goku being in permanent Confusion mode all the time. Time to fix the Confusion status effect on him, the next item is called "HEAD-CHA-LA" 00:02 now this item gives you 100% resistance to EVERY STATUS Ailment in game. Completely neutralizing the confusion from "Modal Full Moon" and from Kaioken Cooldown! Modal Full Moon and Head Cha La is the best Equipment Combination for Goku!

You get Modal Full Moon from 'Paprika Wasteland'. You reach that place during Chapter 14 when the Saiyans Arrive. Its not hidden or anything so shouldn't be hard to miss :)
All you really need is Meteor Combination and Kaioken lol. I find, although I like to mix it up Meteor Combination was all you really need in this game. Kills everyone. It’s a shame Veggeta doesn’t get stronger. If my Goku hits him once with Meteor Combination he’s pretty much dead now. There should be more bonus rounds or something for when you beat Broly.
This game may seem easy. It sure as shit aint. It even made playing powerup hard. Also fighting Oosaru is hard as shit. Because at that point is the end of the game and all it is the level 50 tyranossaurus. And once you enter you cannot get out.

First you need to have your Ki Blast Meter at 3 Star, you get this after having collected all the Dragon Balls and just before the Saiyans arrive. Go back to the Wasteland area where Gohan trained, where he fought the T-Rex. The item is in a Treasure chest North of that area behind a black rock that needs 3 star blast ki to break.

From what I've heard, it's because the game wasn't very popular. The fact that it was released at around the end of the DS's life span probably didn't help it at all. It's a shame, as it really is a good game...

Once you beat him is there anyway to rematch him. All my characters are now level 99 so no one else is a match. Vegetta can’t even damage Goku now. I collected the dragon balls several tines after beating Broly but I haven’t got a rematch option yet

Can't be done, Krillins a wus :P He has really bad stats and his moves don't multi hit, and the fact that he has low attack power and low accuracy makes it even harder. I would run out of consumable buffs before I can take down Brolys health by half.

The story is really short tbh, its the grinding that makes it feel big. The Story starts with Kame Pupils vs Roshi, Goku vs Piccolo, Goku Piccolo Vs Raditz, Collect the 7 Dragon Balls, Defeat the Saiyans.
