    I grew up in Atata so it was shattering when I found out what happened. Atata was my home and safe place.

    Looking at the information on wikipedia, the only things possible under your political and cultural and religious and economic structure will be to pay for information on your reconstruction efforts along with the issues and recommendations on what works and what doesn't work. That usually translate to financing/subsidising a digital-normad for youtube level of documentation.
