I felt like I needed a break from the overwhelm I was dealing with.
I pulled up your video and did some sketching and drawing based on what I was thinking or feeling.
It turned out really amazing, and I feel better already! Only at 14:43 so far, but I noticed just a small bit of time is all it takes to feel much better physically and mentally. :))

You always so creative and this is one of your best. The sounds are so calming to me. The hand movements & reassuring words put me at ease. The clearing sage really did the trick.
