Got one a few months back from Classic Firearms, it's still covered in cosmoline, but since it's very similar to the Tokarev pistols it'll be easy to take apart and get cleaned up.
"Crvena Zastava" means "Red Flag" . Now the producer is called only "Zastava". The word "Crvena Zastava" is pronounced " "cherfena zastava" (is the closest pronunciation).
Wait, mine doesn't have a mag safety... It's one that had the "Sporter sights" added to it, so my only complaint besides no ammo is that I have to replace the rear sights. That said, replacements on the way for $7.00.
I love to shoot 32acp but in my area atleast the ammo is expensive cost as much as 45 auto. The zastava looks like a fun plinker may have to pick one up.

You mean the "magazine disconnect *HAZARD*" - yeah, I can't stand them either. I'm sure people have died because of that absurd feature foisted on the world by the French military several years before they geared up to surrender en masse in World War II.
Probably best to use within 10m from the target. They are very inaccurate but that's why they are so cheap. You can find used ones for like 50€ in Serbia.

Get cz75 or cz50 sight the first will need a bit of fix the second will slide in just like the original one
It's easy to remove... Maybe the guy before you pulled it out

The slide coming back cocks the hammer when it comes back to eject the spent casing

What is the effective range of this pistol?
It's in .32ACP. Dangerous well beyond 100 meters, but intended for within 25 or so.
