4:12 on feelings: I heard people usually feel through a wave of emotions in 90 seconds or so. So after that, you can choose to change how you feel. And if I’ve learnt anything, you can generally change your mind, body, thoughts and emotions through movement. I have a rebounder (mini trampoline) I prefer but my treadmill, or even doing some pushups, biceps curls, etc… works. Finally, we can’t control our first emotion, but we can control our second. If we ever lose our temper or start getting mad, ask to remove yourself from the situation and calm down. Because having a conversation angry will often fall short of a constructive conversation.
