But questions linger: - What happens in this interim period one is gaining experience? Disasters, major errors, flops etc in service delivery? - If you successfully got this position through your "ways" what's to curb/stop this behaviour for future things? Does it become your nature? - For positions of leadership that require planning(future) how can one do such a job if they don't understand underpinnings/concepts and are NOT motivated to find out & evaluate what's happening "elsewhere" whether they are good or bad?
