Cody I literally work at that company and “Pitbull” Olegs is my colleague, sadly you can’t just summon him like that because there are different teams and dealer rotations, each team has different uniforms and players are usually dedicated to a certain team, Olegs and Igor for example play for Prive Salon team, your table is one of the Stake team’s tables, so they can’t just come to you like that from their pit, hope it clears it up, cheers!

I think they're just unaware of the situation. Not an excuse to act that way, but it's probably pretty standard at that kind of company. I doubt they're have detailed pre-shift meetings or made aware of things like this. They just deal.
