Jeremy describes seven different ways to play a slow blues, using Milt Jackson's tune "Bags' Groove" as an example.
Brilliant...that was so imaginative!... really love those ideas...really excellent Jeremy👏👍
Awesome - I'm so glad you liked it!
Sir your channel is gold, always pointing me in the right direction...
I enjoyed so much all content in your YT videos. I wished you could show a bigger view on your piano keys to show your beautiful hand movements on the keys. Tyvm Jeremy 💕
Noted! I’ll see what I can do. It’s hard to get the whole keyboard as well as make it big and still fit on the screen.
Clearly organized ideas and groovy piano❤
Wonderful ideas. Thanks, Jeremy.
My pleasure, Stuart!
Thanx, Maestro 🌹🔥🔥🌹
You're very welcome, Brenda!
Very helpful!
Awesome! Thanks for checking it out, Markov and have fun with your slow blueses!
Hey Jeremy excellent video. How do you comp while soloing when you are playing a slow blues with a band?
This is amazing. Ive been doing some of these variations everyday and then improvising and damn hand independence is starting to not be an issue. And besides that the amount of fun you can have... this keeps my motivated.
Cool! That sounds like progress! I'm happy to hear it, Meditation Man! :)
Wonderful ! Can you talk about grouping of 5 notes or licks with odd note grouping like in modern jazz ?
Ooh, that’s a passion of mine. Let me think about it! But good call!
Great stuff.. Do you have something on double stops ?
Talked about it a bit here: ua-cam.com/video/jsK2ZpGKNEg/v-deo.html
