He found himself grateful for the experience because, for a 1 thousand + year old sorcerer that has seen basically everything the Jujutsu World has to offer, a technique like Takaba's is completely new.
@@BrandonLung SPOILERS FOR THE ENTIRE JJK MANGA. SERIOUSLY GO READ IT. yeah. Yuta was standing behind a tree or something waiting for Takaba to weaken Kenjaku cause they all knew Takaba would never kill Kenjaku. This mofo saw it all happen
Makes me wonder, since Takaba’s technique can make areas that seemingly stretch on for huge amounts of distance, like an entire Fanta ocean, does that mean from the outside he’s creating a barrier? Or is it some sort of mix of illusions and actual manifestations in reality? Or is ALL of it completely real and present there. Because I highly doubt Takaba leveled that entire mountain and pieced it back together, and you could just see from the distance this gigantic ocean of soda. Although considering we’re never told any limits on Comedian I guess it’s not impossible that that’s what happened too.
It's absolutely disgusting and sad to have a curse technique that broken but in order for it to properly work you have to be completely ignorant of it's functionality
Watch Sukuna pull out a 1000+ year joke that makes absolutely 0 sense in the modern day but Takaba still thinks it’s the funniest joke thing he’s ever heard and he couldn’t possibly beat Sukuna.
I think I’m the same way that Sukuna felt Gojo was the best fight he had ever fought, as Sukuna is someone who finds truth and meaning only in strength, Takaba is the perfect match for what Kenjaku believes to be the true pinnacle of Jujutsu. His technique is in many ways the ultimate barrierless domain, uncounterable and unavoidable, the only way out is through, and to survive you must exploit the language and logic that defines the rules of the technique. It must have been thrilling. I bet he had goosebumps the whole time.
The thing I really wanna know is wtf was Yuta's perspective like watching this fight unfold?Like when Takaba and Kenjaku were on the beach made of Fanta, was Yuta also there?
I cannot wait for it to be animated, but sadly I think it’ll take until season 4. It’s gonna go so crazy when it finally is out though, I expect it to be topped only by Sukuna v. Gojo
Honestly yeah this was my favorite fight in the manga. Probably the whole show. I liked Kashimo vs Hakari, and Yuta fighting in the Sendai colony was also great. Kenjaku vs Yuki, Choso, and Tengen was interesting too. But this fight was just... On another level. I love the idea of Kenjaku, a literal brain, losing to mind games.
When Kenjaku spoke with Mahito after sealing Gojo, they debated whether the body is derived from the soul, or vice versa. Kenjaku notes that Mahito is wrong about his assertion that the precedes from the body. Mahito says that its possible that it might be subjective depending on the person. Kenjaku notes the idea that reality being completely subjective like that is wonderful. Subtle foreshadowing of his enjoyment he found when fighting Takaba
@@ErenYeager-me4emthe specific wording is "depending on someone's interpretation of their technique" so it still depending on the person which could mean two people with the same soul manipulation technique could interpreted differently and it could work in different ways
This fight is going to be so fun to watch in 3-4 years even if the end is a little questionable im willing to let things play out and seeing a protagonist plan actually work out is at least cool to see
I personally found it a beautiful fight from the perspective that it satisfied Kenjauku's goals. He was deathly bored and wanted something new to experience, and had literally set up all this to have the most interesting deathmatch in history, and I guess see what the next evolution of humanity would look like. Truly what Takaba provided was that ability to experience something completely different; to be manipulated on an emotional level, witness the humour of someone who can literally bend reality and thought and make a man who had seen everything, laugh his arse off and experience life as an idiot for one more time. Kenjaku didn't expect any of this as up to this point he had only been about the plan, but perhaps all he wanted this entire time was to connect with someone on an emotional level. Hence, he died mostly satisfied. "sure, the Tengan would've been cool, but that was totally awesome."
Takaba being in the funeral clothes was his final joke. Joke being he wanted to be at peace like it was his funeral and that basically cancelled out him and Kenjaku's ability to sense CE cause it would essentially be a spidey-sense for them and because Yuta's CE is very creepy, it would most definitely disturb the peace which allowed him to sneak up.
To add further, Kenjaku brought Takaba to the greatest comedy stage in Japan, the Manzai Finals, the peak of Japanese comedy only open to people who competed for the spot. That’s why Takaba lies down, because Takaba’s entire life goal was accomplished on that stage.
definetly one of my favorites in the series. seeing kenjaku and takaba hit it off in the beginning and the crazy scenarios was just so funny. i was genuinely laughing my ass off this whole fight
Thx for clearing up this fight. I was soooo confused about wtf was going on and how kenjaku was supposed to win against takaba. Still, it was a very creative fight
Takaba was basically given spiritual release while still alive. You know how spirits cling to this world due to unresolved issues and if you help them they pass on. Kenjaku did that to a living being and was so thorough that Takeba was like, "aight, I can die right now feeling happy and fulfilled" and apparently he did.
Wouldn't work because the condition to use the technique is that the user is clueless about it, so Kenjaku would either not be able to use it outright or won't be able to use it well due to not knowing what it does, essentially doing the same stuff Takaba does, but darker
Thanks for explaining this, cause this whole thing was Hella confusing for me lol but I guess they just used him to distract kenjaku long enough for yuta to get there
I loved this fight. It just felt so right for a character like Kenjaku to go out that way, otherwise he'd just pull a Sukuna 2.0 and solo the verse while holding back. His interaction with Takaba is probably the happiest he's felt in such a short span of time, which is only comparable to achieving his millenia long merger plan.
I think taking out Kenjaku with an ability that makes no sense is the perfect counter to his unbelievable wealth of knowledge, i can imagine that there arent a lot of satisfying ways to kill him off without him having 30 backups but it still really sucks that he got bushcamped like that. Tbh i was liking Kenjaku as a villain more than sukuna since he was actually aiming for something meanwhile Sukuna has just boringly tanked everything and just dimensional slash'd his way to victory genuinely wish kenjaku wouldve outlived him
Betting right now, the man who comes back isn’t Gojo but Takaba who unleashes his domain expansion. This domain expansion removes all “unfunniness” in the domains range (infinite because he thought it was funny), decimating Sukana, resetting the universe, and kickstarting Gege’s idol manga he planned to do after JJK.
I always wondered if a binding vow has some influence in this CT. For him to be completely ignorant/oblivious about his technique would be difficult unless he subconsciously gave up something in order for Takaba to be completely submersed into that reality projected. Lastly had Takaba ever decided to be inspired by cartoons/anime & comics/manga. He would be close to being invincible. Since he is embodying himself as a literal gag character breaking + bending time, space & physics. Not evening touching achieving a domain. Probably be similar to Sukunas open barrier. Lastly the technique would be achieved perfection the use of 4th wall breaking. Twisted irony that the user not aware the technique yet conscious of us the audience, author, editors and medium.
