I think the weapon isnt for you, seeing as you like to chip people off. The panic attack shines really in "in your face" situations, like in dustbowl corridors or indoors in general.

@@candidfob8423 Because 30 seconds left on the clock isn't a thing that is static. Being in a duel will always be happening until it ends from them leaving the game or the game itself ending. The timer itself is dynamic, 30 seconds left on the clock could be way longer. Unless that 30 seconds left on the clock is for last point or something (although overtime still exists which can prolong the game even further). Also autobalance is definitely not fun when it happens so late but the whole point of a duel would be reduced to nothing if you got auto balanced since it would be an instant loss.

The more you shoot the panic attack the more the bullets spread out. To stop this you can quick switch it or let the gun reload. And it's better to be up close to a person to deal more damage. Shotgun does more damage at medium range than the panic attack, but at close range the panic attack deals more damage

Panic Attack on Engi is like a slightly stronger scattergun but only works in very claustrophobic places, you can close the gap with the Short Circuit M2, switching from secondary to Panic Attack removes the accuracy penalty between each shot as well.
I can explain possibly why the demo went the way he did at 28:29. There is a static deathcam position that watches over each control point, and he got sniped before you arrived there. He probably saw you while he was dead.

as a swiftwater ninjaneering connoisseur, i have some funny tips for part 2: - you can put an exit under all the stuff in the basement next to the 2nd point and nobody ever notices - on red, after the hole in the basement floor opens up when blu caps 2nd, you can go in the little hallway under it, build a dispenser under the hole, jump on the dispenser, and place an exit on the basement floor above. very useful when blu caps 3rd because their spawn moves up which means you can just teleport behind them - this works on any map but you can use a c+6 voiceline right as you place a building to do it silently because a lot of engie's lines for that command are really quiet. you just have to hope you don't get the ones where he screams "DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT"
The Panic attack is like an even closer range shotgun. It has no random bullet spread, and has the ability to do more damage than the shotgun. It’s basically like the scattergun but without having the movement speed to close the distance.

7:57 The thing is that the Panic Attack is the best shot gun for close range fights since it has the highest damage of all Shot guns engie has. The issue is that thanks to the fixed bullet spread and winder spread, this is easily the worst shot gun when trying to shoot from longer distances. The spread all grows larger with consecutive shots so trying to shoot people from afar with it is just a mistake. But this shot gun is easily the best one or second best one for charging head into your enemies to hit close range shots like the Widowmaker and its safer than the widowmaker thanks to being less punishing and having higher damage. It also has the fastest switch and firing speed which can be helpful when trying to defend yourself or getting a extra shot in your enemy.

Vorobey, a great map for wanting to get behind people and building a nest would be Cashworks. there are many opportunities for you to slip behind them without them even noticing, even after you build a nest, they won't know where you put it. i try to do it all the time when i play Cashworks, and it works most of the time.
the fight with the two Demoman needs to be animated. it was a neverending barrage of one tag teaming the other after they die in perfect synchrony, pushing you back little by little, until they both corner you in the end.

What you did on Badwater happened to be too. TWO TIMES IN A ROW. I sneaked past red while they were on the first point, built a tele under the enemy spawn, but in the first round after teleporting my team for some reason didn't spawncamp and just ran all the way around the map. The second time our spawn was heavily spawncamped and the entrance tele kept being destroyed and so we lost while having such an opportunity to win TWICE

My favourite maps to ninjeneer is swiftwater and pier. In sw red I place my teleport exit left to the first exit, and when they move to their next spawn the fun begins .
The panic attack is a shotgun with more extremes, you do even less damage from farther ranges, but do more damage at close range. The fixed spread makes it so that bullets don't fly in a random direction, and the faster switch speed helps you combo or switch off the wrench faster if someone is attacking you. The larger spread is only a problem if you are trying to do chip damage. I think the best part about the panic attack is that you can consistentlydo 90+damage if you are close to the enemy, unlike the shotgun that can do at most 90 damage. You should use the panic attack if you are playing a map with a lot of corners or if random bullet spread is something you hate.

My favourite maps to ninjeneer is swiftwater and pier. In sw red I place my teleport exit left to the first exit, and when they move to their next spawn the fun begins .

The panic attack is a shotgun with more extremes, you do even less damage from farther ranges, but do more damage at close range.
The fixed spread makes it so that bullets don't fly in a random direction, and the faster switch speed helps you combo or switch off the wrench faster if someone is attacking you.
The larger spread is only a problem if you are trying to do chip damage.
I think the best part about the panic attack is that you can consistentlydo 90+damage if you are close to the enemy, unlike the shotgun that can do at most 90 damage.
You should use the panic attack if you are playing a map with a lot of corners or if random bullet spread is something you hate.
