Chef'Special actually has all the instruments played on stage (or at least samples are played live by someone) instead of only drums, vocals and maybe a (bass)guitar or piano and the rest of the sound's done by someone backstage and there's no play in the performance at all, because they're tied to the samples. So I see no comparison to Twenty One Pilots. And for all I know, Chef'Special was there before Twenty One Pilots and they were a pretty well known band in the Netherlands way before most of us had ever heared of Twenty One Pilots. And in my opinion, Tyler Joseph is not even close as good of a vocalist live as Joshua Nolet.
No performance at a TOP show? We are watching different TOP shows in that case. Twenty One Pilots is one of the best live artists at the moment. And yes they play on a track, but they don't really have a choice do they? Their band consists only out of the two of them. The construction of most Chef's Special songs and TOP is actually quite similar, especially the rap verses/ singing chorus' and big stylistic changes between songs. I love Chef's Special and Twenty One Pilots for their own reasons and both are unique in their own way, but they definitely took influences from each other, especially because they toured together.
I´ve just discovered this amazing band at SanSan festival last weekend. Solid and powerful music. Thank you guys and greetings from Spain!!

I think TØP is better live, but Chef'Special is really good too. I saw Chef'Special live this year and I'm going to see TØP in March 2019
