Post Malone has said numerus times that he has a bigger love for Rock & Roll than Hip-Hop, and that he always wanted to make rock music not rap music. In my opinion: I think he always wanted to make a rock album, not a hip-hop album, but then got lucky with his underground hip-hop, and it went mainstream really quick, why not go with that first? It is a business after all, and then he can make his rock music afterwards with lots of fame and money behind. Brilliant. I think his main-goal has always been rock music and not hip-hop music. Post Malone has said numerus times that he has a bigger love for Rock & Roll than Hip-Hop, and that he always wanted to make rock music not rap music. In my opinion: I think he always wanted to make a rock album, not a hip-hop album, but then got lucky with his underground hip-hop, and it went mainstream really quick, why not go with that first? It is a business after all, and then he can make his rock music afterwards with lots of fame and money behind. Brilliant. I think his main-goal has always been rock music and not hip-hop music.
