We understand it was awesome to have these free before the CFM study week began. Look, I know you need revenue to get this to work. But I don't think this is the right way to go about it. I'm thinking there might be a better way, a different source of revenue that maybe you haven't thought of.
I just got done with a self-reliance class that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints puts out about starting and growing your own business. On page 70 of that manual, it explicitly says to not insist you're right at the expense of the customer.
The QR code is only making it worse, as it's actually obscuring the scripture text. Do you think you can find a different way?

Creating two separate page where you pay if you want to receive the video early would be the way to go. Also, for the free subscription posting it a week last should not matter because it’s free, no obligations. Take it or leave it. None members and other members around the world are enjoying it and grateful.

We used these videos to teach our family after church as an attention activity at the beginning of our lesson. Now that they’re a week late. We haven’t been able to use them and often don’t view them. I hope they will be provided using the old time table. Making them available at the beginning of each weekly lesson cycle for those of who teach on Sunday.

I greatly appreciate all the work you have put into these videos constantly over the past years and continue to do so for the benefit of others. Having them available the day before the lesson is discussed with fellow members is still before, now you can set a more precise time to go over it with family. Paying for a subscription for next to nothing, yes sir. Sign me up. Having the option to watch all clean flicks on one platform without worries of anything vulgar is a huge help to me. Being a convert and trying to change all the negative stuff from my previous years, this will help out immensely. Just wanted to say thank you so much and I'm going to sign up now.

These are fantastic videos, and I love using them in my CFM lessons, both at home and at church. However, if there is going to be a QR code that covers words and faces every time now, I will most likely stop showing them. The QR code needs to go. I understand why your're doing it, but it's tacky, distracting, and takes away from the message of the video. Please remove it.

Plus it’s free, unless you are paying then we should be grateful and practice what we preach.
We already pay for UA-cam premium. If this scan me is going to block out parts of the video then maybe not. I don’t want to pay for another subscription service. Thanks.

Really!? Now there is a "scan me" code covering part of the video? That's it for us. Super frustrating to wait a while week now and then STILL not be able to watch the video properly. You guys have been great and we have been faithfully watching for years, but this is the final straw for us.
You are 100% right scan me codes are super DUPER annoying on a religious video. But "final straw"? Not trying to pick on you... You've got great taste if you like these videos! :) But kinda sounds like you feel you are doing them a favor by watching. Not really something you say to folks providing something very expensive to YOU for FREE...
Am I missing something because people are complaining about the QR code as if this isn’t free. So we complain instead of being grateful we have these videos. I am totally lost😮
Obviously, we need to make our videos better to help people be more grateful. We love the one out of 10 that comes back and appreciates us.

Our entire family literally just said how dumb it is that these videos are now a week late. They used to be the kickoff to our study for the week. Now by the time they are available, we are so tired what we have studied that no one cares to watch your great videos anymore. I hope you switch back to putting them out at the beginning, and not the end. We will probably stop watching if they stay at this pace. I understand you want want everyone to study the verses, not just go to the videos, maybe you could put them out mid-week?
Well a non member looking in at all these comments would be surprised or might not be surprised. I wonder if the persons doing these videos has family if their own. Also this is free, freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee and well put together, showing thought and consideration for its viewer. I usually don’t comment on UA-cam or social media but I had to because this is sad. shame on you all.
