On this channel I aim to replicate what goes on at a football/soccer club in real life. From big money takeovers to transfers and and squad building, we aim to take a realistic approach on our Road to Glory, RTG, as we push forward to conquer Europe.
I'm a big fan of career modes or Master League in general. And the storylines and cinematic elements are so much fun to do they only add to the realism of the series. I mostly play PES 2020 but I will be playing PES 2021 and PES 2022 when it releases.

nice compilation, lafont, sarr and camavinga were good last year even on fifa, but don't use vinicius on fifa he is too injury prone. also did i miss him or there was no AOUARand finally congrats for the real madrid win.
I have Brewster and Ampadu in my ML with Sheffield United. I'm in the middle of the season and my favourite player is Ampadu. I have 5 center fowards and Brewster, unfortunately, is the worst at the moment. I bought Mcneil to be my left winger, my first signing and is already played a game and he did well! I have Berge also but I did't like to play with him, and I think I will sell him
I know these 2 are too obvious, but haaland and Sancho have to be on the list, due to their age and potential. They are the best in their respective positions. Played with Sancho on PES2020, amazing player, the only problem I had with him was the stamina management, dude gets tired really fast for a winger

Edit: Just rewatched the video and you've also missed Ferran Torres (RMF from Man city) and Alphonso Davies from Bayern Munich, although this latter one is on the same boat as haaland and Sancho
You missed R. ARAÚJO (FCB) and J. TODIBO (OGN, on loan from FCB). Both aged 20.

@@TerryFGaming I still can’t get a finesse shot even close to on target tho😂😂
Finesse shots are hard on manual, the thing is you can actually curl the ball yourself with the analog stick if you hit it at the right angle. I don't ever use finesse shots really on manual. Though I'm not against it. I'm going to practice it more now.

Yeah, 3 years with Arsenal, about to start a new Master league with the new update. Some of the key players I sign are Soyüncü, Szoboszlai, S. Dest and J. David from Lille, he’s my best player

for fifa you can use the same people, actually with the new training and growing system you can buy anybody and make them superstars, last year i used this player from Argentina that i bought 2 million(19 years old) but after 4 years he was worth 160 million

I saw this after 3 months but these players are great but Radu isn't performing really good he has 8 matches and 3 clean sheet he conceded 4 goals but the others are my key players now

How does potential actually work in pes?
Most of the players here have a decently high potential (mid 80s+) Unfortunately PES don't have dynamic potential the way FIFA does. PES used to have something similar to this where you can get almost any player to overperform their potential level but it's not as much now.
The growth curve in ML is obviously important - you need consistent 7.0 or 7.5 performances to go above your potential level. That said, having veterans on your team with the traits that help young players grow is REALLY important as well. If you have multiple older players and they are all boosting the training of young guys you can get players to grow far quicker.
