This is a long tutorial but there's tons of little nuggets of knowledge sprinkled throughout, like the super simple tip at 19:13 that you can use to give any visualizer some extra spice!
Awesomeness...I love Digital Punk's content!! Please make more videos like this...Oh man! I love you both! **Hand over a couple of virtual beers** Cheers from Costa Rica !
thank you sooooo much for this wonderful tutorial with the mastermind of AE Audiovisualizer: digitalpunkfx. i love the combination stardust and freq react and isnt it amazing what he was able to achieve with just ONE trigger of the kick drum? incredible! i learned and got inspired alot of this tutorial! and hopefully are you going to make more tutorials like these :-) but please, turn off the robot sound effect for the voice next time, it makes it straining to listen to and distracts from this awesome conent. his natural calm voice would suit much better for a tutorial imho! its a cool effect for the intro though ;) cheers my friends!
I have a pretty decent laptop with Ryzen and a rtx 2060. It's good, but by no means an AE powerhouse. AE 2022 added the ability to see which layer is causing the significant frame preview delay. This has been really insightful for me because it turns out FreqReact is really, really fast. It basically doesn't add any delay UNLESS you use the "Smoothing" mod on any of your reactors. If you do, keep it set to zero until you go to render. Beyond that, I'd suggest you look for AE optimization guides. Hope that helps!
FINALLY someone calls out the vocal effect. I actually agree with you and have been slowly phasing it out, but I'm curious what you don't like about it.
@@DaveyStudioYT it's too artificial for me. Too robotic. Sounds a lot like the $29 Radio Shack reverb unit from the 1980's I owned as a kid. It just distracts too much from the excellent content.
@@DaveFore_AudioEngineering No way, that $29 reverb unit was the sound I was emulating! For real though thanks for the feedback. I'll continue to phase it out but you might hear it for several more videos. This channel will likely be unrecognizable in a years time.
Plzzzzz continue these videos, I learn so much every time!
Oddly enough this time I also learned so much too with Digiital Punk at the helm. Hopefully we can convince him to make more tutorials!
This tutorial is a Giant Light Bulb going off in my head. Outstanding!

Great! Thanks =)
Ayyy Anders you are welcome sir
you follow step by step but not working no reaction plz help
How do you do that cool voice effect? Is it in after effects or premier?
It's actually made in Bitwig Studio which is a professional DAW for audio production. I might make a video about it one day!
How can I make a “Path” so the stardust can follow my Logo?
Do you *need* Stardust for this?
do you know if there is a tutorial like this for trap code particular
This tutorial is for a plugin called Superluminal Stardust!
@@DaveyStudioYT Yes for sure. I’ve tried out particle illusion and experimented with freqreact last night was able to do some really cool renders.
What are your PC specs? With my PC, preview is very slow

These videos are excellent, but please take off that vocal effect!!!
