@@paris-panda He's infinitely more human. Which really highlights the problem with politics at the top level - they become far too concerned with what certain groups want (i.e., target voters, donors) and get led astray by their advisors. Starmer is another example.

Oops. Somebody just misled the House of Commons. Either Sunak for saying it was or Starmer for saying it wasn't. Somebody misled the House.
Also I think Chinese influence over the Conservative Party is much more of a danger than talk of communism at university.
It may be incorrect because it’s not halted or the prime minister did not halt it.
My bet is the Tories were misleading. Afterall they have a daily habit of doing so.

It's still misleading as it implies a different fact.
I'm not saying he did that, just that I'm not supporting that behaviour of that's what happened. I expect better from elected officials amd expect this govt to rebuild some trust.

That last response from Starmer is so out of context and irrelevant to what was being discussed prior, he's really sounding like a broken record already.

When did any new government turn things around from 14 years of failure of a previous government, and it failed badly Austerity, failed to reduce debt and grow the economy, Brexit, damaged the UK and failed in its objective to 'take back control' of anything, Covid, an incompetence that was astounding in Test and Trace failure, late and thus prolonged lockdowns that led to a 10% GDP contraction and excess deaths and Tory crony PPE contracts and lobbying corruption, Trussonomics that nearly bankrupted the UK at a cost of £30 billion of loses, Sunak totally inept at dealing with the Right of his party and they did what they wanted, such as poor housing supply persisting and then tax cuts that were ill affordable as pre-election bribes!! Labour has a lot to do!!!

Rishi Sunak's performances as Leader of the Opposition at PMQs have returned some dignity to the Commons. Although I think he was a terrible PM and no doubt a member of the ruling billionaire elite, at least he is not resorting to low blows as LO.
