Amsterdam, Netherlands. 2x KONE Escalator ride at Bijlmer ArenA station Platforms 2&3

We take a POV ride on 2x (out of 3) KONE Escalators at the Bijlmer ArenA station in Amsterdam. It’s a beautiful station and I expect that its design inspired the London Bridge Station redevelopment because there’s many similarities.
There are 13x escalators here (2 for platform 1, and 2 for platform 8, then a set of 3x on all the centre island platforms (2&3, 4&5 - Metro, and 6&7). Platforms 1&8 were not being used at all when I visited but the escalators were running on standby. Unfortunately I could only film on all the centre platforms…
This set are built in the Keighley, England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 factory and are from 2005, but some are from 2004 and buikt in the Hattingen, Germany 🇩🇪 factory. I love the wheels 🛞 in the handrail arcs. And of course the type is Eco3000 E3X. The middle one had been stopped and nobody seemed to be around to start it back up…
