I would love to master this. It's gorgeous! However I hate the brush he uses, which I purchased. I think he can use it so well because he's so experienced . Also I need to try this with arteza paper, because mine doesn't seem to be able to take all the re-working he does. I don't get the smoothness he achieves. So arteza paper and a different brush might do the trick. So needless to say mine was a mess compared with the end video result.
rewatching this and gathering courage to start a study like this! i wonder if you stretch paper of this kind/weight before starting your paintings? maybe you addressed this in other videos, i'm sorry i couldn't find this information... ;;
