Deep Space Guided Meditation sleep Story - A relaxation journey

- This Guided sleep story meditation takes you on a relaxation journey through space. In deep space, you pass by all the planets in the galaxy gathering their positive energy.
Through the mindful exercise of using metaphors as you travel through space and a hypnosis style talk down you can calm your thoughts.
This deep sleep guided sleep story meditation will help to fall asleep fast and relax your body, whilst encouraging your mind to be calm.
Once you get back to your starting point, a part of this sleep meditation is a body scan for relaxation.
You can use this meditation for sleep before or as you drift off.

I think what made it so interesting for me is the way you took something so large (the universe) and turned it around onto little ol’ me! Also , helped me look at the grand scale of things that helps me to put my issues into perspective I guess. It made me think on a broader scale maybe? Of course all of the obvious things like your soothing, empathetic and calming voice doesn’t hurt! There are so many reasons I really liked this meditation but I don’t want to ramble! I never go to bed alone anymore ❤️ Thank you so much for all you do. You are a deep thinker and I can resonate with you on many levels. Off to bed to listen to you now 😴❤️

Me too! I’ve been listening to this one every night for the past few years. I love it. I use headphones and sometimes I fall asleep in 2 min and sometimes it takes 32 min. Either way I love this video. Cheers ✌️

Unless you believe humans had the technology to dig 200 metres deep, 5 or 10,000 years ago 😜 , melt and bend neatly pieces of copper to make door handles at the end of this newly discovered shaft which has a doorway to god knows where 🤩 (another world/ ET base?!) Hmmmmm ... ridiculous 😉BUT the Egyptian gov doesn’t want the world to know. They have authority over their own land so it’s not the world’s busines🤓
Who knows.... those ancient humans may have been more advanced than us because we still can’t dig that deep. If only they left us some instructions some of us could social distance there to stay safe 🤪

This meditation is still the absolute BEST meditation you have ever done, and its BY FAR the best guided meditation EVER on yt ! The Mysterious music, the amazing visualizations and storytelling, its soo good, PLEASE do one of theese again, what about a train meditation but to and thru space?😂 SERIOUSLY, i would LOVE that haha, i know people really like train meditations, im not really that into them cuz how many can you do that aren't the same haha... but a train space journey really sounds super nice, only have heard one such here on yt and it wasn't that good, but with your voice, music and story, it would be amazing !!
