As someone who has a hard time of studying science this video made it easier to me to understand. I learned about concave and convex lenses is the virtual image formed by a concave lens appears upright, is smaller than the actual object, and appears between the concave lens and the actual object being viewed through the lens. Convex lenses refract light inward toward a focal point.
As student who has a hard time of studying science this video made it easier to me to understand. I learned about concave and convex lenses is the virtual image formed by a concave lens appears upright, is smaller than the actual object, and appears between the concave lens and the actual object being viewed through the lens. Based on the video about AAH:45 EPISODE Concave and Convex. I learned about the lenses First Images are formed when light refracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials. Our eyes have lenses that make images and enables to see the objects Lens it is a transparent material that refracts light to form an image, like glass and plastic. There are two types of lenses the Converging lens and Diverging lens Lens can form real images and virtual images The parts of the lens are PRINCIPAL AXIS, VERTICAL AXIS, VERTEX, FOCAL POINTS, FOCAL LENGTH. The three special rays in Ray Diagram of the lense the P-F Ray, F-P Ray and V Ray. The Steps in finding the convex lens they draw P-F Ray, F-P Ray and V Ray. Images are formed in lenses qualitative describe about location, orientation, size and type (LOST) Thankyou for this episode I learned a lot about the parts in Concave and Convex it helps me and other student to understand this lesson Thankyou so Much.
This video helped me understand the difference and similarities of convex and concave lenses better because of the visuals provided to help me visualize the lesson and understand it better! Kudos to the teachers and their effort in editing and making this video
After watching this video, I learned about lenses and discovered that a concave lens diverges straight light beams from the source to a diminished, upright, virtual image. On the other hand, a converging lens is identified by its shape, which is relatively thick across the middle and thin at the upper and lower edges.Thank you so much for making this video, I learned so much in this lesson it is much easier now.
As someone who has a hard time studying science, this video made it a lot easier for me to understand our lesson especially our lesson regarding concave and convex lenses. Studying this lesson also made it easier and helpful for us since the lesson is well summarized and enjoyable... As to what i learned in this lesson, images are formed when light refracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials. A lens is a transparent material that refracts light to form an image, like glass and plastic. The two types of lenses are converging lens and diverging lens. Lenses can form images that are real or virtual. The parts of the lenses are Principal axis, vertex, focal point, focal length. Ray diagram is used to graphically determine the position and characteristics of the image formed in lenses. P-F ray, F-P ray and V-ray. Ma'am also discussed about the three special rays in a convex lens and also on the steps in finding images formed by convex lens. Images formed in lenses are qualitatively discribed according to Location, Orientation, Size and Type. Ma'am also explained the topic about concave lens which is similar to the convex lens with the three special rays and the steps in finding images formed by convex lens. Images formed in lenses are qualitatively discribed according to Location, Orientation, Size and Type. We use lenses in our daily lives and for all of us it is very important. We can see because our eyes has a lens the produce an image. Many people use eyeglasses, magnifying lenses, cameras , microscopes, and telescopes are some instruments used for specific purposes. I have appreciated the use and purpose and its importance of lenses and optical instruments. Thank you for letting us understand this lesson! Thank you so much for helping us understand every lesson in science! To more agham alam hub in the future!
In the 45th episode of Agham Alam Hub (AAH) I've learned that lens is a transparent material that refracts light to form an image like glass and plastic, which has two types: convex and concave. Furthermore, convex lens is thicker in the middle than at the edge; concave lens is thinner in the middle than the edge. This lesson has helped me in differentiating concave and convex. Thank you for your efforts in making this video.
I appreciate the video because it teaches me the difference between concave and convex lenses. As a result, I conclude that concave lenses curve inward from the edges toward the center, bending light rays outward toward each other, whereas convex lenses curve outward from the edges toward the center, bending light rays inward toward each other. Examine a pair of glasses, a magnifying glass, or a telescope. thank you for this helpful video.
After watching this video now i understand our lesson regarding concave and convex lenses. You made it easier and helpful for us. Thank you for letting us understand this lesson. Thank you for your time and effort for this video.
After watching this video, I was able to deepen my understanding about lenses, their purposes, including the types and parts of lenses. It helps me to answer the given task easily. I've learned the difference between the two types of lenses, convex and concave lenses and that when light hits the boundary between two different materials, it refracts to form an image. Lenses have a vital role in our daily lives. We can see through eye lens and those people who have poor eyesight can use eyeglasses. There are people who use magnifying lenses, binoculars, cameras, microscopes, and telescopes, which might be a few devices used for precise purposes. That's why I am very grateful for this episode because I have gained knowledge about Lenses.
After watching the video, i have learned more information about lenses which helped me understand the lesson more. A conver lens is thicker in the middle and thinner in the edges while concave lens is thinner in the middle and thicker at the edges. Thank you for this lesson po!.
DONE WATCHING!! This video made me understand the lesson I have learned that the CONVERGING LENS is thicker in the middle than at the edge and also known as a CONVEX LENS, and DIVERGING LENS is also known as CONCAVE LENS, and thinner in the middle than the edges. Ma'am Josephine also discussed about the three special rays in a convex lens and also on the steps in finding images formed by convex lens. Thankyouu teachers for giving time and effort to explain the definition of CONVEX AND CONCAVE LENSES..
After watching this episode I understand our lesson regarding concave and convex lenses. Watching this video made it easier and clearer for us to understand the lesson, and it is enjoyable.
Done Watching!! I finally understand ang learned what is the essence of our living. The video make it easier to us to understand, it's explained clearly with details. Ther two types of lenses formed, CONVERGING/CONVEX lens thicker in the middle that at the edge ang DIVERGING/CONCAVE lens is thinner in the middle that the edge. As a student, this is very helpful to us, especially in this time of pandemic . Thank you for making this we appreciate it.
This video about concave and convex lenses helped me to understand the lesson easily, since there were images shown while Maam Padua was discussing whic made it more easier for me to visualize and understand it. In this video, I have learned about lenses, its types, and its parts. Lens is a transparent material that refract the light to form an image, like glass and plastic. Lenses can be divided in to two types : convex and concave, and they can form real images and virtual images. The lens consist of Principal Axis, Vertex, Focal Points, and Focal length. To graphically determine the position and characteristics of the image formed in lenses, we use the Ray Diagram. P-F ray, F-P ray, and V-ray are some of the special rays that we can use in the Ray Diagramming of the lense, and these are called "Three Special Rays in convex lens." Maam Padua also discussed the steps on how to find images formed by convex lense which will be very helpful to us for our incoming activities. Imaged formed in lenses are qualitatively describes according to : Location, Orientation, Size and Type. With the discussion, examples, and figures stated, I had a clear understaning regarding the difference between the two types. Thank you po for making an informative and educational video!
After watching this educational video it helped me a lot to understand the given lesson, and I must say that I have learned something, such as a concave lens is thinner in the middle and thicker at the edges while convex lens is thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges.
This video really help me and now I understand our lesson.I learned that lense is a transparent material and there are two types of lenses. The converging lens or as known as convex lens and diverging lens or as known as concave lens.I also learned that the ray diagram is used to predict the images formed in convex and concave lenses.I have learned so many about this lesson.. Thank you ma'am Padua because you made it easier for us to understand this lesson.
After watching the video, I learned about lenses and I realized that concave lens is a type of lens that diverges a straight light beam coming from the source to a diminished, upright, virtual image is known as a concave lens.It can form both real and virtual images. On the other hand, convex lens is also know as a converging lens. They can be identified by their shape which is relatively thick across the middle and thin at the upper and lower edges. So thank you for making this kind of video , it's making our lesson much easier and we learned and understand more by this kind of videos.
After watching this episode of AAH, I have learned that the Part of the Lenses are Principal Axis Vertex Focal Point Focal Length Also I've learned that a convex lens is thicker in the middle while it's thinner in the edges. As to concave lens is thinner in the middle while thicker in the edges. I found out that images are formed when light refracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials. Lastly, a lens is a transparent material that refracts light to form an image. Thank you so much!! Ma'am Padua, I've really learned a lot.
After watching this episode of AAH, it helped us to learn and gain a better understanding of lenses, as well as their purpose and uses, down to their types and parts. For starters, I learned that images are formed when light refracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials. A lens is a transparent material that refracts light to form an image, like glass and plastic. That the two types of lenses are converging lens (aka convex lens) and diverging lens (aka concave lens). As said, lenses can form images that are real or virtual. And while parts of lenses are the principal axis, vertex, focal point, and focal length. It is shown that the ray diagram is used to graphically determine the position and characteristics of the image formed in lenses. The P-F ray, F-P ray, and V-ray are discussed as the three special rays in a convex lens and also on steps in finding images formed by a convex lens. Images formed in lenses are qualitatively described according to location, orientation, size, and type. As for the concave lens which is similar to the convex lens in that it has three special rays, but with a few minor tweaks. We use lenses in our daily lives and for all of us, it is very important. We can see because our eyes have a lens that produces an image. Many people use eyeglasses, magnifying lenses, cameras, microscopes, and telescopes, which are some instruments used for specific purposes. I have learnt the use, purpose, and importance, so I thank you for this lesson as it has given so much and is enjoyable to watch.
Done watching!!! This lesson gives me more knowledge about CONCAVE & CONVEX LENSES. It is a diverging lenses, meaning that it spread out light rays that have been reflected. This video help me to understand the lesson.
after watching this video it helps me a lot to know the definition of convex and concave lenses, the explanation is very clear…. thankyou ma’am for giving time & effort to explain the definition of convex and concave lenses
This video helped me understand the lesson in a more preferable way. It did not only introduce me into concave and convex lenses but also to its characteristics, differences and images such as real and virtual that it can form. The parts of the lens are principal axis, vertex, focal point and focal length. Ray diagram is used to graphically determine the position and characteristics of the image formed in lenses. There are some special rays we can use in the ray diagramming of the lens, these are P-F ray, F-P ray and V-ray. Ray diagramming could be confusing since these 3 special rays are quite different in convex and concave lenses. The definition of the three special lenses and steps in finding images formed by convex lens were clearly taught. Images formed in lenses are qualitatively described according to “LOST” that stands for Location, Orientation, Size and Type. The three special rays in the convex lens are almost the same in concave lens with a few minor tweaks. I learned how to draw the rays and locate he image through the examples. Lenses are essential in our daily lives like eyeglasses, magnifying lenses, cameras, microscopes and telescopes for a specific purpose. Following the laws of reflection and refraction, through these devices images are formed. In conclusion, I learned the types of lenses, ray diagramming techniques and steps, describing characteristics and positions of images formed in lenses, importance of the application of lenses in optical instruments. This video lesson answered my questions regarding concave and convex lenses and other needed information to understand lenses better. Thank you for creating this video lesson we enjoyed and learned a lot from it.
I learned that concave lenses curve inward from the edges towards the center, and they bend light so it spreads put, while convex lenses curve upward from the edges toward the center, bending light rays inward toward each other.
This lesson helped me to properly understand the lesson about lenses and also the lesson regarding concave and convex lenses. I learned from this lesson is the two type of lenses which is concave lens and convex lens, convex lens is thicker in the middle than the edges while concave lens is thinner in the middle than the edges.

Done watching .. for mea as a student, someone who has a hard time studying science, this video made it more easier to understand the lesson that we are currently studying and it made our lesson more understandable. This kind of method to learn and to understand the lesson is more helpful for me..
After seeing this video, I came to the conclusion that when light penetrates an exists between two different materials, it refracts and forms an image. Since then, I've had a lot of difficulties understanding parts of my science lessons, and this video has been quite helpful to me. Ma'am Padua explained the parts of lenses, the varieties of lenses, and how they work very well in this video, which made the lesson much easy to comprehend. The Converging and Diverging lenses are the two types of lenses that are available. In contrast to convex lenses, which are thicker in the middle than at the edges, converging lenses are thicker in the middle. The middle of the diverging lens, also known as a concave lens, is thicker than the edges. There are two types of lenses: real and virtual. Virtual images are upright images that are seen directly from the lens, however real images are generated inverted images that may be seen by projecting them on a screen. Also highlighted by Ma'am Padua was how to find convex pictures. Because these three specific rays (P-F RAYS, F-P RAYS, V RAY) are different in convex and concave lenses, she also emphasized that the Ray Diagramming approach is relatively difficult. The summarization at the end of this video is what I really like about it. It was a good summary because it included all of the crucial information from the video lesson that had to be recalled or learned.
This video helped me understand Science. The lesson is explained well. I learned all about lenses. I learned that images are formed when the light refracts as it encounters boundary between different objects. I also learned that Convex lenses are thicker in the middle and thinner when it comes at the edges. Concave lenses are thinner in the middle and thicker when it comes at the edges.
This video helps me so much to learn about the two types of lenses: A Convex lense that are also known as converging lense since the rays intersect after falling on the convex lens. While, A concave lense that also known as diverging lense as the rays divide after falling on the concave lens. As a student, we needed these kind of lecture to have extra idea in each of our activities. Thank you for this lecture!
After watching the video, I learned about the two types of lenses the converging lens and the diverging lens. The Converging Lens is thicker in the middle than at the edge, and the concave lens is thinner in the middle than the edges. Images are formed when light refracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials. A convex lense that are also known as a converging lense since the rays intersect after falling on the convex lens. While, A concave lense that also known as diverging lense as the rays divide after falling on the concave lens. These are the terms and meanings that I need in able to understand the concept of the topic. Thank you.
In this video, I learned about lenses with It's types, parts, and uses. In this lesson I learned about the two parts of Lenses, the converging lens which is a lens that is thicker in the middle than at the edge, also known as convex lenses. Diverging lens also known as, concave lens, and is thinner in the middle than the edges. Lenses also can form images. Real images, which is formed inverted images that can be seen by projecting them on a screen. Virtual images, that are upright images that are seen directly from the lens. And more about lenses are discussed throughout the video that is explained and well summarized that helped me understand this lesson. Thank you Ma'am for this video and to the teachers who created this channel for students to easily understand the concepts of science.
After watching this video, it really helped me understand more about the lesson. It added a new information in our knowledge. I totally appreciate the teacher's who planned on making this kind of videos.
Done watching!! I understand what two lenses is. because of this video I understand that Lenses are classified by the curvature of the two optical surfaces. A lens is biconvex if both surfaces are convex. If both surfaces have the same radius of curvature, the lens is equiconvex. A lens with two concave surfaces is biconcave (or just concave). Thankyou for this discussion, for this vid and to Ma'am Josephine Padua,it will make easier for me to answer my modules.
i learned about lenses its more help for me..his video is very understable and its clear explanation about the lenses..thank you for ma'am josephine padua..for inspirational and additional learning about lenses

This video helped me a lot as I was really having a hard time on understanding some lessons in science since then. In this video, I've learned about the the lenses, its type and its part. Ma'am Padua explained it very well that it made the lesson a lot easier for me to understand. As what I've learned, lens is a transparent material that refracts light to form an image like glass and plastic. Lenses have two types which are the convex and concave lenses. These two lenses are opposite to each other since convex lens is thicker in the middle than at the edge while the concave lens is thinner in the middle than the edge. Lenses can form real and virtual images. Real images are formed inverted images that can be seen by projecting them on a screen, whereas virtual images are upright images that are seen directly from the lens. Moreover, the parts of the lens are the Principal Axis, the Vertex, the Focal Points and the Focal Length. Ma'am Josephine also mentioned the steps on how to find images formed by convex lenses. This discussion of Ma'am Padua will be very helpful to me for our future activities related to this topic. With the help of our teacher, I was able to fully understand this lesson. Thank you for making and sharing a very helpful video to everyone!
This video helps me a lot to learn more about the 2 types of lenses the convex and concave . The convex lens is a lens that converge rays of light that convey parallel to its principal axis and convex lens is thicker at the centre and thinner at the edges. Concave lens is a lens that posesses at least one surface that curve inwards and concave lens is thicker at the edges and thinner at the centre . THANKYOU FOR EXPLAINING THIS LESSON TO US IT REALLY HELPS A LOT

Thankyou!! for letting us know this lesson, it will help to facilitate the task we will do and we are grateful to the teachers who work hard to teach us this lesson..❤️❤️
This episode of AAH is about concave and convex lenses. This episode is quite interesting! The way that we see things so differently like what ma'am showed us in the first part of the video, the pencil and water, the pencil is not crooked! But our eyes tells us otherwise >< I also learned many terms about our topic like: IMAGE IN LENSES It is formed when light refracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials. RAY DIAGRAM Images can be described based on the following: - Location - Orientation - Size - Type These are the most important terms for me that I learned in the video but there are a ton of terms mentioned. There are also many optical instruments that uses lenses such as eyeglasses, magnifying lenses, cameras, binoculars, microscopes, and telescopes! Ma'am Padua explained the topic very nicely and clear, without her enthusiasm and clear explanation I wouldn't have understand the material well >< and I would like to see more episodes like this. Thank you for creating this video for us students to learn more about the wonderful world of science!! (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)
After watching this video,I therefore conclude that it is all about Application of Lenses in Optical Instrument.Lens is a transparent material that refracts light to form an image, like glass and plastic. Converging Lens and Diverging Lens(Concave lens) are the two(2) kinds of Lens.Converging lens is a lens that is thicken in the middle than at the edge, on the otherhand Diverging Lens(Concave lens) is a thinner in the middle than the edges. I've learned a lot more and I can't go into detail one by one.I just want to say thankyou for this video because I understood the lesson better.💛
In this video I learned that lens is a tranparent material and there are two types of lenses, The converging lens that thicker in the middle that at the edge and the diverging lense that is thinner in the middle that the edges. Done watching!!, This video made me understand the lesson better. I understand what the lesson is, its about the two lenses. It was enjoyable to watch this video because it made the lesson easier and clearer for us to understand. I learned that the lens is understood as a curved and transparent piece of glass or plastic, which focuses and refracts light rays in a certain manner. The curvature of the object ascertains the extent to which light is bent and in which direction. Based on the shape, the lens can be grouped as a convex lens or concave lens. The former brings together the parallel beam of light, while the latter disperses it. Thank you for explaining this lesson to us!! Thank you so much for assisting us in understanding every science lesson!!, Keepsafe all and godbless❤️
After watching this video, I learned about lenses and i realized that concave lens is a type of lens that diverges a straight light bearn coming from the source to a diminished, upright, virtual image is known as a concave lens. It can form both real and virtual images. On the other hand, convex is also known as a converging lens. They can be identified by their shape which is relatively think across the middle and thin at the upper and lower edges . Thank you so much for making this video , i learned so much on this lesson it is much easier now to answer the lesson.
I sincerely appreciate all your efforts in creating this channel to share knowledge with everyone. This video helped students like me to develop their understanding of learning science. Now I know that the lens is a transparent material that refracts light to form an image. A converging lens is also known as a convex lens and a diverging lens is also known as a concave lens. Real and virtual images are can be formed by lenses. Meaning to say that the images that can be seen on projecting them on a screen are formed inverted, while images that are seen directly from the lens are upright. There are four parts of the lens, such as the principal axis, vertex, focal points, and focal lengths. Thank you, dear teachers, and to AAH! For sharing knowledge with us. We're so proud of you!💗 God bless po
thankyou for this video co'z i learn more easily about lenses and what every part of it,I learn that lenses may be divided broadly into two main types it is convex and concave.Lenses that are thicker at their centers than at their edges are convex, while those that are thicker around their edges are concave. A light beam passing through a convex lens is focused by the lens on a point on the other side of the lens. Thankyou po again hihi☺️
After watching this AAH episode,I've learned a lot about concave and convex lenses.I fully understand that images are formed when light refracts as it encounter a boundary between two different materials.I also understand that there are two type of lenses the converging lense and Diverging lense. I also understand that Ray diagram is used to predict the images formed in convex and concave lenses. This episode helps me alot and gives me alot of knowledge about lenses.Thankyou for this educational video that helps me in answering my module.it becomes easier and fun for me to study in science .Godbless everyone, staysafee♥️!

In this video .I learned that the two types of lens are converging lens or also known as convex lens and the diverging lens or also known as concave lens.converging lens is thicker at the middle than at the edge while the diverging lens is thinner at the middle than the edge.I also learned the real and virtual images After watching this video.it really helped me to understand more about the lesson.thanks to this video
Thank you for this video/lesson,this video will help me understand the upcoming lessons much easier. Some of the things i learned from this video are the 2 types of lenses the Converging and Diverging lens. A Converging lens has a thicker middle than the edge while Diverging lens has thinner middle than the edge.
Thankyou ma'am for this lesson,This lesson helped me to better understand the two types of lenses,This video made it easier for me to understand the topic.I learned from this lesson is the two type of lenses which is concave lens and convex lens, convex lens is thicker in the middle than the edges while concave lens is thinner in the middle than the edges Thankyou for this lesson it can be help us understand more.
as what i learned in this leason a concave lens is thinner in the middle and thicker at the edges. A convex lens is thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges. Used in the camera, focus sunlight, overhead projector, projector microscope, simple telescope, magnifying glasses, etc. It is also used for the correction of the problem in long sight.
Done already maam. Thank you .. because you enlighten us about concave and convex lenses cave refers to the shape of a circle's inside. A convex mirror is a curved, round mirror. Convex refers to the shape of a circle's outside.A convex lens is being used for the correction of the long sight problem whereas a concave lens is being used for the correction of the short sight problem. Convex lenses always have a positive focal length whereas concave lenses have a negative focal length. Which i learned today♥️♥️
This video is all about "LENSE"- is a transparent material that reflects light to form an image like glass and plastic and LENSE have a two type the "CONVERGING LENSE" "DIVERGING LENSE" this video will help me to understand and it will guide me to answer my module, and i learned a lot.
Through this episode of Agham Alam Hub, I learned more about lenses, their parts, and differences between concave and convex lens. I also learned that the Concave lens is thinner in the middle and thicker at the edges while the convex lens is thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges. This video also helps me learn the lesson easier
Done Watching! I learned that there's a converting lens and Diverging lens. Concave lenses curve inward from the edges toward the center, and they bend light so it spreads out, while convex lenses curve outward from the edges toward the center, bending light rays inward toward each other. Just take a look at a pair of glasses or a magnifying glass, or telescopes
I have learned that lens is a transparent materials and there are two types of lenses,The converging lens that thicker in the middle than at the edge and the diverging lens that is thinner in the middle than the edges.thank you ma'am padua for this video,it will help me a lot.
Done watching!! This video helps me to understand and learn more about the lesson. I've learned that there's are two types of lenses: a converging lens and a diverging lens. A converging lens is a lens that is thicker in the middle than the edge. It is also known as a convex lens. While a diverging lens is a lens that is thinner in the middle than the edges, also known as a concave lens.
After watching this video, I've learned about how lenses are formed, and the 2 types of lenses; The converging lenses or also known as convex lens, and the diverging lenses or also known as concave lens. In this video ma'am also discuss the Parts of the Lenses, The Three Special Rays in a Convex lens; P-F Ray, F-P Ray, V Ray and The Step in Finding Image Formed by Convex Lens which helped me a lot to fully understand this lesson. Thank you❤️
I learned that images are formed when light refracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials. A lense is a transparent material that refracts light to form an image, like glass and plastic. The two types of lenses are Converging Lens and Diverging Lens.A Converging Lens also known as a Convex Lens is a lens that is thicker in the middle than at the edge while a Diverging Lens also known as Concave Lens is thinner in the middle then the edges.Lenses can form that are real or virtual. Thank you for this lesson it can help us understand more.
Done watching.Inthis lesson,I've learned about lense and it's two type.the convex lense andthe diverging lense which is also known as a.convex lense. As asomeone who as a hard time studying science, this video made is a lot easier for me to understand our lesson especially our lesson regarding concave and concave and convex lenses
After watching this episode, I understand the lesson regarding the concave and convex lenses. I understand that the Converging lens is thicker in the middle than at the edge, and the concave lens is thinner in the middle than the edge. I also learned that images are formed when light refracts as it encounter a boundery between two different materials. Converging lens is also known as convex lens, on the other hand concave lens is also known as diverging lens.
I learned a lot in this lesson just like two types of lenses concave and convex lenses and three types of rays P-F ray, F-P ray and V ray. thank you so much for teaching it to us, it helped us better understand this lesson about lenses, three types of rays and so on.
As a student who has a hard time studying , this helps me to understand the lesson about lenses more easily because I can more easily understand the lesson if there is a teacher explaining and teaching it to me. In this lesson, I have learned that image in lenses is formed when light refracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials. There are two type of lenses called Convex or converging lens and Concave or diverging lens. Converging lens is thicker in the middle than at the edge while Diverging lens is thinner in the middle than the edges. Lenses can form images that are real or virtual. Real images formed inverted images while Virtual images are upright images. Lens also has it parts, it is called Principal axis, Vertex, Focal points, and Focal length. I have also predicted the images formed in convex and concave lenses by Ray Diagramming. This form can be described based on their Location, Orientation, Size and Type. Lenses are often used in eyeglasses, magnifying lenses, binoculars, cameras, microscopes and telescopes. Unlike mirrors, lenses can allow light to pass through either phase depending on where the incident rays are coming from.
This video that is produced by Agham Alam Club helped me a lot. I learned about how lenses are formed, and the two types of lenses the concave and convex lenses. Also, it helped me to understand the parts of lenses. With the help of this video I can now determine the LOST of a convex lenses and concave lenses by ray diagraming. By the help of this informative and educational video, I realize that lenses has important role in our daily life because it helps us to see everything. Also, I realize that studying science is fun and not boring at all, so thank you Agham Science Club for this video.
I learned that the lenses may be divided in two main types.the convex and the concave its really helped me this lesson to know the other types of lenses and good to my study
Doneee watchingg!!! As someone who is struggling in learning This video helps and thank you for the teachers who prepared this. It helped me to understand more about the lesson regarding concave and convex lenses. Thanks for the video.
Thank you po, I really learned a lot po, For those students like mewho had a hard time in their lessons in science, this channel is helpful for us, Keep safe!
Thankyou Science Teachers for doing this video, I really appreciate because even though we are modular, you can still make an effort for your students to understand this lesson, it helps to facilitate our answering,Padayon♡
Wow this is amazing the video about lenses is very understandable, this lesson gives me more knowledge about CONCAVE and CONVEX lenses. Concave lens is thinner in the middle and thicker at the edges while convex lens is thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges. Additionally, Ray Diagram is used to graphically determine the position and characteristics of the image formed in lenses. This lesson is definitely helpful for me and to the students trying to learn more about the topic, lenses.
Having to study through this video based lesson is very helpful, it reduces cognitive overload and maximizes retention, provided a simpler and practical learning experience and I understood the lesson about lenses very well. What I have learned is that a lens is a transparent materials that refract light to form an image like glass and plastic. There are two types of lenses: converging lens and diverging lens. A converging lens is thicker in the middle than at the edge and it is also known as a convex lens, on the other hand diverging lens that is also known as concave lens and is thinner in the middle than the edges. Concave lens is similar to convex lens with the three special ways and the steps in finding images formed by convex lens. This lens helps to create a virtual image on the opposite side of the refracting surface, which is why it is used in nockels telescopes, cameras, flashlights, and eyeglasses. This is how you can tell the difference between concave and convex lenses by learning about the characteristics of light rays refracting inside the lenses. Thank you po for providing this video lesson for us to have a better understanding about concave and convex lenses and other lessons💜💜💜

The second one is the diverging lense also known as concave lens, it is thinner in the middle than the edges. Ray diagram is used to predict the images formed in convex and concave lenses. Images can be described based on LOCATION, ORIENTATION, SIZE, TYPE. types of ray: P-F RAY F-P RAY V RAY Ma'am Padua also discussed about the steps in finding images formed by convex lens. The part of lenses being discussed in the video are: • principal axis • vertical axis • vertex • focal points • focal length Lenses are very important to us. Many people use lenses often in eyeglasses, magnifying lenses, cameras, microscope and telescope. Thank you very much AGHAM ALAM HUB and Ma'am Padua for a very clear discussion of the lesson.

As a student, this is very helpful to us, especially in this time of pandemic
P-F ray, F-P ray, and V-ray are some of the special rays that we can use in the Ray Diagramming of the lense, and these are called "Three Special Rays in convex lens."
Maam Padua also discussed the steps on how to find images formed by convex lense which will be very helpful to us for our incoming activities.
After watching this episode of AAH, I have learned that the
Part of the Lenses are
Principal Axis
Vertex
Focal Point
Focal Length
Also I've learned that a convex lens is thicker in the middle while it's thinner in the edges.
Very much appreciated science teachers for doing this video. It helps a lot by doing all my learning tasks about concave and convex lenses.
Done watching! Now i understand there are three rays the (P-F ray),(F-P ray) and (V-ray) Thank you for a lesson give us maam GODBLESS🙏☺️

As a student, this is very helpful to us, especially in this time of pandemic, we can still explore and learn about science. Thank you for making this, we appreciate it a lot!
This is a great guide for our lesson. Thank you for sharing knowledge in the middle of pandemic
Watching this video makes the lesson more understandable for me. This lesson gives me more knowledge about CONCAVE and CONVEX lenses. Concave is thinner in the middle and thicker at the edges while Convex is thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges. I have also predicted the images formed in convex and concave lenses by Ray Diagram. Thank you for the teacher who made this.

Done Watching! This video made me understand the lesson . I understand what the lesson,it's about the two lenses. I learned that the lense understood as a curved and transparent piece of glass plastics, which focuses and refracts light rays in a certain manner .
Thankyou!! for letting us know this lesson, it will help to facilitate the task we will do and we are grateful to the teachers who work hard to teach us this lesson..❤️❤️
This episode of AAH is about concave and convex lenses. This episode is quite interesting! The way that we see things so differently like what ma'am showed us in the first part of the video, the pencil and water, the pencil is not crooked! But our eyes tells us otherwise ><
I also learned many terms about our topic like:
IMAGE IN LENSES
It is formed when light refracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials.
RAY DIAGRAM
Images can be described based on the following:
- Location
- Orientation
- Size
- Type
These are the most important terms for me that I learned in the video but there are a ton of terms mentioned.
Also it helped me to understand the parts of lenses with the help of this video I can now determine the LOST of a convex lenses and concave by ray diagraming
After watching this episode I understand our lesson regarding concave and convex lenses. Watching this video made it easier and clearer for us to understand the lesson, and it is enjoyable.❤️
Science is the study of the natural world through observation and experiment. After watching the video, I realize that science helps make us enlighten of things we don't know yet. Thank you ma'am for giving time and effort to explain this.
Thank you for explaining in such a great way. I really understand this because they explain very good.
Now that I watched this video, It helped me learn more about Concave and Convex Lenses. I can determine what are the difference between those two lenses. And I also learned the parts of Concave and Convex Lenses and how I look at things because of refraction.
Now I know what is CONVERGING and DIVERGING lens , it's easy to understand . THANKYOU ^^
Done watching,I learned in This video
How image in lenses form, what is
The two type of lenses, what is used to
Predict image formed in convex and concave lenses, and what is the importance of the application of lenses and optical instruments. In just watching this video I gained a special knowledge that is very helpful to me as a student to answer more clearly the activities in the upcoming modules that will be given to us soon
I learned that they are two types of lenses,a converging lenses and diverging lenses.Converging lenses is also known Convex Lens while diverging lenses is Concave lens. Now that i watched this video it helped me learn more about concave and convex lenses.
Thank you so much for making this video , i learned so much on this lesson it is much easier now to answer the lesson.
for me it helps a lot because it makes it easier for me to understand each lesson, I can answer well because each lesson is explained in this lesson.
I sincerely appreciate all your efforts in creating this channel to share knowledge with everyone.
This video helped students like me to develop their understanding of learning science. Watching this video helped me to understand the lesson easier and realized that this video is very helpful to us, as we grow as a person learning to discover new things in this world full of sciences.
Through this episode, I've learned a lot about the study of lenses. Ma'am Padua, our science teacher discussed in this video that there are types of lenses and its part.

In this video .I learned that the two types of lens are converging lens or also known as convex lens and the diverging lens or also known as concave lens.converging lens is thicker at the middle than at the edge while the diverging lens is thinner at the middle than the edge.I also learned the real and virtual images
After watching this video.it really helped me to understand more about the lesson.thanks to this video
Thankyou ma'am for this lesson,This lesson helped me to better understand the two types of lenses,This video made it easier for me to understand the topic.I learned from this lesson is the two type of lenses which is concave lens and convex lens, convex lens is thicker in the middle than the edges while concave lens is thinner in the middle than the edges
Thankyou for this lesson it can be help us understand more.
as what i learned in this leason a concave lens is thinner in the middle and thicker at the edges.
Thanks for the lesson it can help for someone who has hard studying science, this video make me to understand easier.I've learn many about LENSES.
It is great help in answering my module and easy to decipher the science

As asomeone who as a hard time studying science, this video made is a lot
easier for me to understand our lesson
especially our lesson regarding concave and concave and convex lenses
Now I understand of this lesson so next week I easily to answer my modules. thanks alot of those teachers godless😇
After watching this AAH episode, I learned many things about lenses.Images are formed when light refracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials. There are 2 types of lenses, the first one is the converging lenses. It is a lens that is thicker in the middle than at the edge, and it is also known as a convex lens. The second one is the diverging lense also known as concave lens, it is thinner in the middle than the edges.
Ray diagram is used to predict the images formed in convex and concave lenses. Images can be described based on LOCATION, ORIENTATION, SIZE, TYPE.
types of ray:
P-F RAY
F-P RAY
V RAY
Ma'am Padua also discussed about the steps in finding images formed by convex lens. The part of lenses being discussed in the video are:
• principal axis
• vertical axis
• vertex
• focal points
• focal length
Lenses are very important to us. Many people use lenses often in eyeglasses, magnifying lenses, cameras, microscope and telescope.
Thank you very much AGHAM ALAM HUB and Ma'am Padua for a very clear discussion of the lesson. This knowledgeable video helps me to understand the lesson easily. To more AAH episode in the future !!❤️❤️
Done Watching!! Thankyou Ma'am for making this video it helps a lot for those students specially for me. It helped me learn about Concave and Convex Lenses so that I can determine the difference between two lenses . But concave and convex lenses can also be called by converging and diverging lenses.
After watching the video, I learned that Image in lenses is formed when light retracts as it encounters a boundary between two different materials. there are two types of lenses, converging lens or as knows as convex lens and diverging lens or as known as concave lens and lastly I've also learned how to predict the imaged formed in convex and concave lenses by ray diagraming, images can be described based on their location, orientation, size, and type. This video will help me to understand and it will guide me to answer my module and I learned a lot.
