दाल, बाफ़ला बाटी, चूरमा
मूंग दाल - १/२ कप
चना दाल - १ चम्मच
नमक - १ + १/२ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच
आटा - २ कप
धनिया (दरदरा) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाईन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - ४+२+२ चम्मच + तलने अनुसार
मीठा सोडा - १ चुटकी
लहसुन - ८ से १० कलियां
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक (कटा हुआ) - १ इन्च
गुंडू मिर्च - २, सुखी हुई
प्याज (मध्यम आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
टमाटर - १, कटा हुआ
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
पुदीना के पत्ते (सूखे हुए)
इलाइची पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
बादाम (कटी हुई) - १ चम्मच
पिस्ता (कटे हुए) - १ चम्मच
मिश्री - १ चम्मच
चीनी (पीसी हुई) - १/४ कप

Dal, Bafla Bati, Choorma
Moong Dal (split) - ½ cup
Split Chickpeas - 1 table spoon
Salt - 1 + ½ + ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ + ¼ tsp
Wheat flour - ½ cup
Coriander seeds (half-ground) - ½ tsp
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Desi Ghee - 4+2+2 tbsp + to deep fry
Baking Soda - 1 pinch
Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Ginger (chopped) - 1 inch
Gundu Chilli - 2, dried
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Tomato - 1, chopped
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Mint leaves (dried)
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Almonds (chopped) - 1 table spoon
Pistachios (chopped) - 1 table spoon
Mishri (Rock Sugar - 1 table spoon
Sugar (powdered) - ¼ cup
