I feel like tornado could be really strong with this because it allows you to pull troops together and get the bomber to hit the tower. Really cool evolution, I know which one I’ll put my shards on.

7:20 In clash of clans, the super hog rider (which has cool design btw), splits into two different units upon death, the hog still attacking defenses while the rider attacks anything.
And considering evolutions are borrowing ideas from COC, like barbarians being a 1 to 1 copy, it wouldn't be suprising they'll implement more super troops designs or concepts into CR
(the only exceptions until now were evo archers because magic archer pierces like coc's super archers, and evo valkyrie because coc's super valk drops a rage spell like lumberjack)

Nah, borrowing ideas from CoC is only Bomber (Builder Base ability) and Barbarian. Others are original cuz they're in CR already (e.g. Super Archer is Magic Archer).

The Evo Bomber being able to snipe the princess tower but also activate the king tower kinda break even. It would be a really healthy card if it died to arrows or had more cycles.
Died to arrows and had more cycles, bomber is really cheap; it’s evolution being 1 cycle is broken, and it’s even more of an insult when they don’t even die to a spell that would already be a negative elixir trade.

I wonder what kind of decks will feature the Evo Bomber? It seems like it could fit well in beatdown or control archetypes.
I think emergency nerf 2 cycles instead of 1, and reduce crown tower damage of subsequent bombs. (-33% reduction on second bounce and -66% on third maybe?) actually this might be a little extreme but that range and splash is wild.

I think the cycles are fine due to its low survivability but i do think a damage reduction on each bounce to kill only swarms could help balance it
apparently both bounces can keep damaging the tower? probably best to just make it so it cant damage the tower more than once, at least for bounces
I am really not liking this trend of having troops survive spells that cost one more than them. Little prince (3) survives fireball (4), evo bomber (2) survives arrows (3). It’s the worst part of modern clash Royale balance imo. Imagine how broken witch or queen would be if they could survive rocket.

I think that their reasoning with the ice spirit was that the card is already super overused so they didn’t want to make it too powerful. Since bomber is not that used, maybe they made it 1 cycle to encourage people to use it and try new decks.

As a bomber main, I think 1 cycle is INSANE. Bomber gets put down almost as often as my hog rider.

EVO hog should be a rapid melee ram rider as a shield but which does massive tower damage with a slower attack. Kill the normal health amount of a hog and the melee stops and it becomes a basic piggie.

Evolved Hog Rider will be Hog Glider. Flies first as air unit before dropping down.

They've learned it pays well
Hogrider evolution: The hog only takes damage the moment it gets its first hit on a princess or king tower. So all the damage it takes before only gets dealt once it gets that hit. That way it always gets a hit, but then, will probably instantly die. It would allow hog decks to get connections later in games, as in some matchups it becomes impossible in triple elixir.
