It is a sellers market. If you could wait one more year, things will be so much better. If there is no rush, you will not have to put out so much extra money because people are frantic right now. With the pandemic ramping up again, sitting tight may be a good idea. You waited this long, it may be wise to wait it out.

Hoping for a better buying experience for you! We built our current house. It was finished in January 2020. Now it’s $100k more to build our same house. People are buying without seeing the house in person. It’s insane. Hope you find something soon.

Yes, we really don’t want new construction because of the small lots. Where we’re moving we’re really drawn to the older sections.
Why are you moving from the state you are in currently?
We want warmer weather year round and there’s a lot more things to do as well as there being so many dirt bike tracks in central Florida
