You’re going to love FL! I live in central FL have 3 boys the same age as your kids. There is so much to do and we have a house with property. You will get a lot more for your money in Florida for sure. It does get cold in the winter though lol down to 30 degrees some nights lol I’m one hour north of Tampa.
Yayy! I’m so excited! I got passes to glazer children’s museum so maybe we can do a play date:) and I don’t mind 30 at night but please tell me it’s warmer during the day! 😅
I keep a close eye on real estate and the market is starting to slow down. If a house isn't just ridiculously listed then they are going fast, but the trend definitely looks to be going downward. Those who bought at the height of the market are going to be way upside down, so you are wise to wait it out.

Also the Orlando science center is really fun for kids it’s pretty affordable for a yearly pass

They do have new construction as an option but we personally really don’t want a new build.

We have been noticing that but personally do not want to build. The lots are way smaller than we want for new builds.
I don’t think Disney does the Florida resident passes anymore. It’s sad my oldest is finally at the age I wanted to get them because we also live in Central Florida and I think they got rid of them during Covid.
They are suppose to be bringing them back but who knows. Hopefully.🙏🏼 I do know universal is still doing them thankfully.

Not yet! The inventory is so low and it’s so frustrating! I wouldn’t mind my offer not getting accepted if it wasn’t that we had to week a whole other week for more houses to come on the market.😫
no where near Orlando, Orlando is bad
We are looking about 35 minutes away from Orlando so close enough we can easily get to it but far enough away from it.:)
