As a former national athlete i feel embarrassed. lol. I havent done any cardio in over 10 years. I may look fit but mann ... this killed me when i got to the squat jumps. Im definitely hitting it at least thrice weekly. Thanks man.

Yes i can totally understand you. I've never been an athlete but was (yes was!) super fit. Now I tried this and have the impression it's not for beginners 🙄 At 46 and being so out of breath !! I need to pay attention to my diet (eat way more food, i've become so skinny)

Let me tell you something. Trying to get back into working out so I decided to start off small with this video lol when he says its for beginners he is NOT kidding. I have to build my stamina up just to do this for 10 minutes. Goodness!! Great workout though! Kudos!

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
Today I am starting my loss of weight challenge, I’m currently 13 years old and weight 135 lbs and my goal is to get to 120 lbs. I’m planning to do this workout 1-2 times a day for 2 months since we have visitors right now. After 2 months go by I will do this workout 3-5 times a day. And I’m also planning on going to the gym every week day cutting all junk foods. I will keep you guys updated.

I didnt do any workout for maybe a year i gained so much weight and doing this workout for the first time opened my eyes of how much a bad shape i got and i couldnt almost breathe after all these exercises but thanks so much im looking forward for loosing weight and doing some cardio.

im lifting dumbells for 2 months for each body part, monday to saturday, i see small change to my body and my friend told me do some cardio if you want to lose many of your body fat.
I regret not to put cardio in my workout program 😐

This cardio will help you to increase stamina and prevent heart attack in some extend.... I suggest you not to over work out... Over workout causes chest pain.... So u should do some small cardio workout...and move a step further by downloading an app called six pack in 30 days... And choose beginners option in that app and you will be able to loose belly fat
