This happened for me. I have PCOS and was on letrozole without success. I had an HGS and everything looked normal. But the next round of letrozole worked and I was pregnant!

How severe is your PCOS? I don’t get a period unless I’m taking Provera. The longest I’ve been without a natural period was 1 year and 4 months. I have my first HSG procedure scheduled in 2 days and I’m nervous! 😢

I was taught that this test is both diagnostic and a treatment bc it can open the and straighten the tubes. I kind want to try it bc I’m still not pregnant. I’ve had an ectopic and a miscarriage
