    You are really amazing. I would request if you could explain bit slow that would further help people to understand especially people in Asian continents. Thanks

    I have never seen anyone move things around in Excel so quickly - you must be using some keyboard shortcuts to get things to snap in to place. Do you have a video showing these by any chance?

    Hello David, i bought from you the 52 PMP template and i am not able to modify the Fishbone Diagram template, although i enabled editing. do you know what might be the cause? many thanks.

      Good question. Are you using it in Excel, or Google sheets?
      Feel free to message me on Etsy, I can help you out there and make some small modifications as part of your order if you like 🙂

      This is a great question - maybe zoom out and screen grab?
      I'd love to know if you found a solution to this

    • @archana294

      @@CocoaDivineTV Thankyou. I did find the solution.Screen shot dosent help coz the clarity is a little off.
      But you can just search how to convert a landscape excel file to pdf, there are plenty of video.That works perfectly fine.

    For a 6 minute video you have already taken up 2 hours of my time trying to follow along. You might be good at excel but you have a LOT to learn about education

    Moving way too fast. Tired of stopping and rewinding trying to see the options you are choosing. Looking for a video by someone who actually slows down so I can follow.

    Too fast, how do we write inside a shape?

      @davidmclachlanproject  2 роки тому +2

      My apologies, either double click the shape, or right-click and select "edit text".

      @@davidmclachlanproject There aren't enough swimlane flow charts out there, could you do another one helping to better understand how the various arrows flow up & down between lanes?

    • @davidmclachlanproject
      @davidmclachlanproject  2 роки тому +1

      Hmmm I could possibly - it's not tooooo complex though. Each Lane is a different department or area, if a process (represented by the boxes) is done in that area, then the arrow flows there. The only rule of thumb is the "customer" is usually at the top 🙂

    • @llaw785
      @llaw785 2 роки тому +1

      @@davidmclachlanproject Customer can either be internal or external, right? I asked 'cos I want to better understand how to use those different arrows correctly, thanks!

    • @davidmclachlanproject
      @davidmclachlanproject  2 роки тому +1

      Yes that's it exactly! In most cases it's the end customer but in Lean and Six Sigma a "Customer" is whoever gets the output/benefit of the process, or whoever the process hands off to.

    You did it so quickly and felt extremely rushed. Not ideal for beginners. Slow Down. Please
