My mum made me a beautiful knitted skirt and jacket in a red tweed it was beautiful and I was 10 years old so over 50 plus years but I don’t think I would wear one now xx thanks for sharing and stay safe xxxx

So glad I watched this. I'd discounted the Seamless section thinking they were all done in the round which I just can't do but I was pleasantly surprised that not all of them are. Looking forward to that next video.
Thank you, Anne. I have my own copy which arrived in the mail from a not-so-local yarn store, but your take on the designs has been so interesting. I haven't yet cast anything on but I have a few designs in mind.
Sometimes it takes a while to make a decision....after all, a knit project is a commitment of time and money too!
I purchased a subscription and was so excited to receive it. I haven't decided yet what to knit although I am leaning towards the shawl on the cover. Looking forward to seeing what you have chosen to knit.

Hello Christina! Every time I look at a Rowan magazine, I always think to myself “ I should knit that” ! It makes for a never-ending always-revolving queue!
I originally used Life LackaDaisiCal - combining my pets names Lackie, Daisy and Caelee to create LackaDaisiCal….then shortened it to Life LDC and now use Life LDC Knits :)

They’re all named after big estates in Scotland am in Edinburgh
Glenda, how could I have missed that? Rowan usually does name the designs in a themed way....and I totally forgot to even contemplate these names. I should have realized they were Scottish.....as my parents were immigrants from Scotland back in the early 50’s......shame on me LOL!!!

by Emma Wright (the front open, 70th style, red color)? That is the one I really like and am going to buy this magazine for.
@@sunnyyu5622 I must clarify this - I couldn’t find the instructions for the fringe…and then later after publishing, I did (they are in the instructions but I obviously read too fast) ! So you can be assured that all of the instructions required for this design are there :) Sorry about the confusion - I’m going to try to edit that bit out of my video - thanks !
