Sadly whilst we built our societies in the UK and US around sound values, freedom and democracy, we've largely thrown these values out the window in recent decades, and especially when it comes to foreign policy. COVID and now Ukraine have been an exercise in public coercion. The truth is no longer hidden, it's there for all to find, but indifference and disempowerment means people would rather believe the lie.

You are so welcome in Russia ❤️ and hopefully you're going to like it here. I actually ended up moving back here last year also after 20 years in the US, I got sick and tired of the fake 'democratic' values and freedoms.
