I drove 2020 F350 DRW 6.7 for 60k miles and was waiting for 2023 F450 Limited for 11 months. With no end in sight, I jumped the ship and purchased 2023 Ram 3500 Limited DRW HO 6.7 , Aisin Trans, 4.1 Gear with black out package. I had full body Suntek PPF and Ceramic coating plus nano ceramic tint for interior including the windshield. I am overly surprised how good is Ram 3500 Limited. It has better interior, smoother with auto leveling kit, TPMS, Apple like keypad. Gas mileage is par with F450 Limited. Around 15.5 driving empty. Tire will be cheaper on Ram 3500 than F450 Limited. It is not a fast truck, but fast enough . I can drive few hours and my back doesn't hurt and leg is not cramping up. I do not tow, but do haul some weight and this is my daily vehicle. I will take the Ram over Ford now but do miss 10 speed on gas mileage. I am 5'10" tall and it is very hard to see the front. On Ram, I usually have to wait before taking a chance on a tight spot.

Awesome, I Purchased a 2022 basically same truck but long bed and I got lucky I got a deal on it 83,000 bucks Laramie loaded, & my 2016 they gave me $62,000 trade-in for 2016 ram 3500 I got what I paid for it so the truck market is crazy right now but I tow seven days a week just about 14,000 pounds on a daily basis and the truck is awesome I have the self adjusting airbags and for towing you cannot beat it the only thing I’m used to always modifying my trucks lift kit tires wheels but on my truck it’s best just to leave it stock for towing purposes, it’s powerful it’s fast it handles good and it’s actually fairly comfortable when I’m not towing funny thing is you would think when your towing the ride would get better but the airbags pomp up and on a bumpy road it gets stiffer when you have a heavy load behind you but I’m very happy with the truck it’s a workhorse but because it’s so expensive and so nice Im very careful with it; it’s super nice almost too fancy but it is a great truck I considered the Ford F450 but the Dodge really looks good it’s powerful it’s a nice truck the only thing my only complaint is the thing does not turn worth a darn, all the spots i used to be able to get in and out of I have a tough time other than that it’s a great incredible truck, I think the short bed would’ve been a better application for me just for turning reasons, Dodge has done a good job on their trucks but the market is totally insane right now

I have 2021 Laramie Loaded I have all the cams and I can see through trailers and the big screen best is 3 driver position system so each driver can set everything for each driver and save to the system, so they just press their number and it adjust pedals mirrors seats Pretty sweet very well thought out Ram And 1075 tq HO Cummins

I will also flip my head rest tomorrow. It is leaning too far forward even for someone without the cowboy hat. I also do wear cowboy hat and I was sitting forward to keep it hitting the head rest.. I just got my 2023 Ram 3500 Limited HO 6.7 night edition 4.1 gear ratio. It is great.

If you don’t tow don’t get it lmao these diesels need to be driven hard or towing frequently otherwise the emissions system get clogged up then to fix it is expensive af 😭🤣

That’s a good looking truck. I should be able to tow for whatever you need to talk with him. I hope he gets a little bit better fuel economy when it gets older I got a dodge two and he gets about 33.5 average on fuel mileage, but it’s been deleted and Street call Darien Tate. I use it to get Hey with my flatbed deck over trailer but I sure like that night edition with the blacked out everything.
This truck is the best diesel dually pick trucks possible on the market nice section. I would rather choose a desert edition extra cooling vents, radiators, and a lighter colored paint job!

We did same 2022 dodge ram mega cab ho cummins longhorn limited 92,780 6000 ttl i added reserve fuel tank in bed 1200 and 3000 camper shell and all banks options . I got like 104,000 in this truck . Trying to see if i can make sude money hualing for people

I like these but the one thing that gets me, compared to Ford, is that damn rear view mirror that comes down into the front window shield.. Its so in the frigging periphery.. In comparison.. Ford is like sitting in a fighter jet's cockpit. You can see so well in all directions..Nice truck though!

At these miles that's on it now the engine oil so clear looks like break in oil. The fuel filter every 10 to 15 thousand air two to three times a year. Lot of over kill. Took 4 months to get my Ram 4500 Laramie I ordered in may. I had a 2020 Longhorn 3500 I traded in . Couldn’t get a Longhorn in a 4500 and I didn’t want the 12” screen again so I had to get a loaded Laramie instead of a limited. I’m probably one of the only guys that hated my 12” screen in the rams.
Ordered mine with the 8, spend to much time between 110 and 120 degrees in the summer. Give me the knobs, if one thing fails for me, it'll be that tablet in the summer.
@@tpaul340 I use my heated and cooled seats everytime I get in the truck and hated going through the menus to get to them. I’d rather have physical buttons for climate controls.

@@Laurant956 for a couple reasons - i heard that they sit lower from the factory with the factory rear air. second, i heard they can be a pain to level, lift, or modify with the factory air. lastly, i thought it might delay my order even more. my total wait was about 4 months as is. if i could go back, i'd do it the same. the truck rides great and doesn't squat with my 24' trailer so i can't complain. thanks for watchin! new video drops today! - Magdump

At these miles that's on it now the engine oil so clear looks like break in oil. The fuel filter every 10 to 15 thousand air two to three times a year. Lot of over kill. People just laugh when I tell em. But oh well

Took 4 months to get my Ram 4500 Laramie I ordered in may. I had a 2020 Longhorn 3500 I traded in . Couldn’t get a Longhorn in a 4500 and I didn’t want the 12” screen again so I had to get a loaded Laramie instead of a limited. I’m probably one of the only guys that hated my 12” screen in the rams.
Ordered mine with the 8, spend to much time between 110 and 120 degrees in the summer. Give me the knobs, if one thing fails for me, it'll be that tablet in the summer.
@@tpaul340 I use my heated and cooled seats everytime I get in the truck and hated going through the menus to get to them. I’d rather have physical buttons for climate controls.

I have the same truck on order but it's a Limited - Dually HO Mega Cab. I'm adding many, many parts (lift, lights, tires, tint, PPF, ceramic coating, etc). I'll be curious to watch this build. Is your a HO (High Output)?

Why no rear air suspension? How does it ride without it?
@@Laurant956 for a couple reasons - i heard that they sit lower from the factory with the factory rear air. second, i heard they can be a pain to level, lift, or modify with the factory air. lastly, i thought it might delay my order even more. my total wait was about 4 months as is. if i could go back, i'd do it the same. the truck rides great and doesn't squat with my 24' trailer so i can't complain. thanks for watchin! new video drops today! - Magdump
@@MuddyThrottleOutdoors Yeah I heard the same but turns out it wasn’t true and after driving both the one without rear air rode way worse than with so we are glad we went with it as I don’t have plans on lifting or changing suspension and it already is level so no need for leveling kit 😉
