Merci Merci
Hello Sonia my name is Elena, I'm fifteen and I come from Italy. I got black belt one year ago so I decided to know all possibles katas...my favourites are Nijishiho and Gangaku. I love how you do these katas cause you are graceful but at the same time intense. I would like to be like you. Bye bye. Elena
Hello; why you do yoko geri KEKOMI? Always is Keage no matter what shotokan ryu you are. Chuudan NOT shodan. Also the shodan uke is not that way but the problem is with the kicks. Why?
@@TheReverb1 Yes but I'm a competitive woman and my videos are for competitors, that is the reason why I make this options. I'm from WKF and I know in JKA they have a japonese style
@TheReverb1 Shotokan ryu kase ha style is characterized by having kekomi kicks in all katas that involve kicking. Every kick is a kekomi kick (except for the double ones like the one in this kata or kanku dai). Even in heian niddan, we always do yoko geri kekomi
@@Victoria-dl9os Kase due Taiji Kase? I understand; but again, there s no any Yoko geri kekomi in those; may be you need to change the names or like that
Merci beaucoup Sensei Sonia tes explications sont claires je vous suis depuis l'Afrique de l'ouest précisément en Mauritanie Bonne continuation Osss

Excellent demonstration of Gankaku! This is an extremely difficult kata to do well, but you did an amazing job with it.

Hello, when you practise this kata in competition, you can make yoko geri kekomi and jodan. Look at Luca Valdesi Gankaku ;-)
@@sfkaratetraining6441 Hello; that is 10% of Karate world man. This kata was and is with yoko geri keage chuudan in all the Japanese associations.
