For practise i hide the captions of the video and try to write each word in my mind and re check it later. I do this to every youtube video I watch it really helps and I passed my Rev application in the first try with this. Trust me it helps..
I've written GoTranscript test more than 20 times using different accounts. I keep failing, I do not believe I make these mistakes. I just wanted to see this video, and now I'm sure I am not making any mistakes. The company just do not want to hire.
I actually passed the GoTranscipt test, even though I had to wait 4 months before they notify me I was accepted into their team. I also recently passed the TranscribeMe test on the second try and I've been put on a waiting list. My GT experience has been really not bad so far, I got paid for all my transcriptions, and the pay is not bad neither (1$+ per transcription minutes). Also, I usually get high ratings. I have to admit though that I work in French so we may have it easier than our English counterparts
It's simply an auto correction or automatic replacement of irrelevant words or sentences, sometimes it can be used to correct grammatical errors e.g I need a littl bik of time this can be corrected through texicon the sentences changes to I need a little bit of time automatically.

Do you mean per hour you work or doing audios that accumulate to an hour long? Like 6 minutes plus 10 minutes and more that accumulate to an hour. Can you please clarify that? Thank you.
Its the latter. Amount of audio you complete transcribing will determine the pay. Not the amount of time you took to work on it. This is actually where things get a little tough, especially for beginners because It takes way more time to work on the audio than the length of the audio itself. But a little practice can drastically close the gap. Good Luck :)>.
