Pros and Cons of Visiting Plitvice Lakes (Plitvička jezera) in the Winter - Croatia 2022

It snowed! We were so lucky to see Plitvice Lakes in the winter, and especially under a fresh blanket of snow. However, this beautiful National Park in Croatia sees the majority of it's visitors in the summertime - what are some of the pros and cons of visiting during the winter?
