  • Hey! welcome to episode 3 of chasing health. I wanted to share a quick update on life...as well as our new member of the family! Our new puppy Ace. Also sharing my training! What I have changed and the progress I have made.
    TACP Training:
    -warm up:
    10 min cycling
    2rounds:
    leg/arm cross-20 reps
    abs-10reps
    2 rounds:
    sumo squats-8 reps
    legs step-up-8reps
    -working sets:
    3 rounds:
    weights side abs-12 ea side
    goblet squats- 8 reps
    3 rounds:
    hay bells-8reps each
    DB squat press-8 reps each
    abs-20 reps
    3 rounds:
    weighted single are step ups- 8reps
    single leg elevated glute raises- 10reps each
    single arm DB bent over rows- 10 reps each
    *superset all rounds, minimal breaks
