if kybella doesnt work out, i think that gua shaing has really helped me! i do it every single morning when i first go to wash my face. i use the water to glide it from my neck/shoulders/ all the way to my forehead and in my opinion it works !
also i forgot to mentioned this but being a mouth breather also changes the structure of our faces as well. mewing can be extremely helpful in breathing and changing the structure of our faces for the good. loved the video btw, u r so gorgeous
