what kind of board is used here. how about fixture of hinges. how good is the durability because after some travel, these hinges loosen
We use century or greenply boards . We use the best quality fixtures depending upon the design. It's extremely durable as each and every part is fixed with such an accuracy that not even a single thing will move while offloading. For more details, call 88001 80004 AAA Adventure
@@luxonthetrail Yes for sure you will be using good products. I did similar modifications with my TUV300 a few years ago. I used Century Ply. After a year or so, almost all of the gypsum screws started getting loose. And other drawback is that Century boards are pretty heavy due to their better density. This sometimes is a hindrance. Anyways you have done a decent clean job. Good Work.
