Her opinion of what someone does with their money is irrelevant to a certain extent. I'm sure the lady doesn't just work to pay bills nobody wants to just work to pay bills every now and again you do want to splurge a little bit on yourself for what you may like and there's nothing wrong with that sheesh. I would have said I sure did ! She has no right to try and judge someone for getting something that they wanted. And I wouldn't have felt embarrassed or had her make me feel any type of way about doing so whether I won the case or not my self respect is worth more

Now you see why landlords hate overnight loud noises because everyone in their neighborhood including the landlord are trying to sleep peacefully and QUIET! Those morons should’ve got arrested for loud noises overnight! That was rude awakening for everybody to hear these annoying noises!

In the husband and wife case where the wife goes to party with her cousin..clearly the husband had no problems with his wife blowing away some steam but he said 2 things to her. Don’t drink and drive and please come home before 11 PM. Very reasonable expectation. Now if she won’t come home by 0200 AM and she won’t call him and tell him where she is and he is running around the whole place with his 3 kids searching for her wondering if she is stranded or if she is even alive obviously that puts a lot of stress on him as far as his wife is concerned. So I don’t think he is wrong to say what he said.
