Sweet jesus, the comment section is so bitter. Here's the thing: some families tend to give each other presents, some don't. I can't imagine not buying my mum or my grandma gifts for their birthdays, it's absolutely unthinkable to me. Fleur getting gifts for her 30th (!!) birthday is not a sign of her being "a spoiled princess", it's a sign of her friends and family wanting to make her happy on her special day. She's self-aware enough to realize that she's lucky, i'm sure, so stop pouring your frustration on her, for god's sake.
Alexandra Bogdanova very well said . I am not wealthy by any means and neither is my family but I always get between 6-8 present from family and friends on my birthday . I don't get why you would deliberately watch a video about what I got for my birthday then moan when said presents are shown 😂😂
There's nothing wrong with it, but you should realize that 6-8 presents for an adult is a LOT. The only people I know who get that amount of gifts on their birthday are rather wealthy people. Most of us would rather have the money to spend on rent, groceries, etc. Nothing wrong with you and Fleur getting that many, you just may want to be a little more self-aware.
K R thank you for the response , it is nice to see people respectfully discussing a topic in the comments section not shouting expletives at each other . If I am honest I did not realise the presents I receive where excessive but upon reading other comments it appears that maybe I am in the lucky minority , but I still think clicking on a video about what I got for my birthday and being surprised when presents are shown is still a little naive.
We also know for Fleur from Vlogmas she gives gifts too for everyone. Its just her family circle and friend group that gift this way and is how her family operate! My family - who are certainly not wealthy do the same :)
K R believe me, i’m self-aware enough, I was raised by a single mother with literally no money to spare. I’m at uni and i work, yet i make a point to save for my loved ones’ gifts, because that’s the culture i was raised in. I completely understand that for some that’s not the case, but please, do not assume the level of self-awareness of other people. I also never said that i get “that many” presents, in fact, i only mentioned my point of view as a GIVER of those presents.
It’s confusing how many have something negative to say about this when it was clear what the video would be about. How about we just stop spending time on watching things we don’t appreciate and then spread bad vibes about it. Be kind, people. :)

Wow! I've been watching you since you were 24 and I still love your videos! I started watching when I was in 6th grade (I was 12) and now I'm about to go into my first year of college. Crazy how time flies... I'm glad you had such a great birthday with your loving friends and family
Im a few weeks older than you, turned 30 at the end of june and as I am in a 10+ year mental health battle I dont think I fully appriciated it, didnt want gifts so family gave a few token bit and vouchers for my favourite cafes, started rewatching you after a 18 monthis break and I want to say that your positivity is rubbing off on me so thank you, its a small thing to help me going forward.
First off, your vintage star-shaped diamond ring on your right hand is insanely gorgeous, what dreams are made of! 😍 second, I love these videos, really nice to see what your friends treat you with, they are really thoughtful and it shows how grateful you are! My birthday is halfway through August, and I already had my birthday present from my parents. When my mom sees something in the store, about a month leading up to my birthday, she asks me if that would be a good present, and if I like it, I say yes and then... that's it. Me and my mom mostly shop together, so it's easy enough to pick something out. ;)

They’re not in sale but I found them here in Australia for $190, which isn’t too bad. They’re very cool with the studs. Very cute in nude as well. I bought the Carvela Gigi shoes in bronze for a recent wedding and they were so comfortable with the perfect heel height. 💕
