Me and my friends here in germany where so lucky to be a life at the time Robin made this wonderful number. When he died we had the feeling that a hero of our youth was gone. Even the most couldn't hold there tears back. Robin came many times to Germany. He was the most loved one from the group. He even came when he was already very ill. He did perform.. Saved by the bell in live singing. The Kraut gave at least 15 min standing ovation. I could see tears in his eyes. Rip my HERO

Oh Annie, Robin rips my heart out with this song, although I love this song , it is so sad. It makes me 😢. Robin sang with his heart, such emotion and depth. I miss him just as much today as I did before. I will always love Robin.
@@robertaclark2996 Me too. Robin love is a forever deal. The emotion and sentiment of lots of his songs are heart-wrenching for sure. No one can bring me to tears in song like Robin. He is able to deliver such intense passion with that amazing voice of his. I never just heard it - I felt it. Even his happier songs carry notes of beautiful, soulful melancholy. When you couple that ability with all his gorgeousness, it's enough to make you collapse at his feet. That smile he had and those big, brown bedroom eyes... Oh my! That's all the ingredients to dissolve your heart in a flash!

I was in my last year of high school when his gorgeousness came on my TV screen and I was gone. I never understood people who thought he wasn't as good looking as his brothers. He's so beautiful he takes your breath. All the Gibbs are fabulous looking, so there's something for everyone, but Robin... my Lord. He's an inferno of blazing hotness.
