I know Karate and I know how to swim, but I can't dance and I don't know croquet. But I still didn't make it. I was the misfit in school. Too loud and not popular enough to be cool. Now lockdown is happening I am depressed but at least I am not being bullied for my appearance, smile, nor voice so..... I'm kind of okay.
This music video came out when my dad was in the hospital, comatose, due to a stroke originating in his brain stem. He died within the week. I was enthralled with this song, and the video just made me more into it. I asked a friend’s mom to buy the cd for me at the store because it had the explicit sticker, and I was only 14 at the time. I went home and listened to the album over and over and over. I still listen to it this day, at 31. It has helped me for years to deal with death and loss and all the emotions that come with it. It is my comfort album. Thanks MCR for being the best therapy. 🖤

This music video came out when my dad was in the hospital, comatose, due to a stroke originating in his brain stem. He died within the week. I was enthralled with this song, and the video just made me more into it. I asked a friend’s mom to buy the cd for me at the store because it had the explicit sticker, and I was only 14 at the time. I went home and listened to the album over and over and over. I still listen to it this day, at 31. It has helped me for years to deal with death and loss and all the emotions that come with it. It is my comfort album. Thanks MCR for being the best therapy. 🖤
Hearing from you makes it seem so long ago because I'm just 13 and this all happened while I was like 1-5 years old and it make me feel nastalic maybe either way it must be nice to look back on it and see that it's still alive in some kids

im 15 years old now, and i remember my first time hearing mcr was at around 7 years old when my brother shared his earbuds with me as "na na na" played and i loved it so much ever since then it stayed at the back of my mind. by the time i got into them i was in middle school and now im in high school + taking college classes + got a job.. so life has been a rollercoaster lately. been getting through it with mcr (mostly the bullets album). other than that im so pumped theyre touring this summer! managed to snag tickets lol but thanks to anyone who read my rambling. hope everyone has a good rest of their day.

I know I’m fifteen years late I can’t help that I was born the year this video came out. I just wanted to say that I love this song, it has helped me get through my horrible ninth grade English class and it was the first MCR song I ever listened to. Seeing this video made my day.
