The journey has been an educational and entertaining one. I did my best to be open and unfiltered in sharing my experiences with this machine. I wish I could have gotten some more time on the trails driving this unit but there are only so many hours in the day. Having multiple machines is fun but it does have an impact on how much time you get to spend in each of them. Don’t worry, I’m not complaining, lol. I hope that watching this video gives you some deeper insight in regards to the Z-Force 950 HO EX. My true goals with this vehicle evaluation were to just use it like a regular owner would and openly document it as I did that. These are the results of that experiment. We have a 2024 ZForce HO EX with MSC stage 3 clutch, MSC tune and 32" System 3 XTR 370. No issues so far. Your video content has been extremely helpful in our decision. Been riding at Iron Mountain and Durhamtown in Georgia and loving it!
👍 awesome unbiased review! I was trying to buy a used side by side for use deer hunting. I searched everywhere and all the used units were asking for crazy prices. I saw that CF MOTO had a rebate on a UForce 600 that listed at $14500 with a $2500 rebate. The financing was 1.5% even though I could have paid outright. I went to the dealer here in SS Marie and picked out a green unit and said I’ll take it sign me up. I used the rebate to install a glass front windshield that came with a wiper and windshield washer! I added a rear plexiglass window and full doors. I wanted more clearance so I changed the stock 25” tires to 27” Kimpex tires, added a 2” Lift kit and 2” Spacers. My Uforce came stock with Mag wheels, winch and roof. In the end I got all that for cheaper than I could buy any other brand bare bones! The only issue I have is that damn rev limiter!!!! I am looking for a solution to get rid of that. It’s the only thing that bothers me about my UForce 600! I did add an MSC Rear Rack and I love that rack. I think a lot of people will be surprised by the quality of CF MOTO. In most cases you can get 2 CF MOTO units for the price of 1 of the other competitors! Great review for those of us that want to get into the market without paying a fortune.

Glad you’re happy with your machine. We abuse them beyond reason so you don’t have to! lol When I first got this machine a big part of me wanted to hate it but as you saw, after using it for an extended period of time I’ve completely adjusted my outlook.
I got 2 C F Moto's because of your channel 1 950 HOEX and 1 800 Trail for wife to ride and they have been so much fun both 2024 and with rebates cost less than 1 of any brand out there thanks for honest evaluation and good content with yours my wife might be getting 4 seater like the one you have we shall see but all in all am happy with my choice and yes I like the shirts too I will be ordering a few more of them as well God bless my friend .
I have one 2022 I love it you do need a clutch kit and bigger tires. If you want to go a little wild , but the 29s are just as good if you don’t want to spend any more money road several different places in the mountains, this thing kicks ass. I will probably buy the new z10 in 2026

A few months ago i purchased a CF Moto 600 ATV, 3yr warranty and 0.9% financing for 3yrs. About 125 miles on it so far. Only complaints is exaust point toward the ground causing too much dust, and the skid plates get sticks stuck in them often.
I love your way of giving a review, and although it will be a couple of years, I plan on getting the same 4 seater you have. I checked one out over the summer and really like it. I currently have a yamaha x2 850, and I really like it and plan to keep it once paid off. I agree with you on the looks of that machine. But I am impressed with the new turbo version. Unfortunately, where I live here in WV. There is just no place to open it up. Not practical for type of riding do. I'm old anyway. Lol Would love to ride with ya'll next time you're in WV

Really well put together video with honest and unbiased opinions. I personally own an X3, that being said...my son-in-law has a CFMOTO zforce trail (i know it isn't the same as the HO) and I'm honestly super impressed with how his machine performs. He did get bigger tires (30" Roxxzillas) but other than that, its all stock and he pretty much can do just about everything i can. The sweet part is he spend 20k less than I and his was purchased brand new. Keep up the great contents!
Thanks for the positive feedback. Happy to hear you enjoy the videos and felt the review was unbiased. I did my best to keep an open mind. When you compare the price difference of your machines the gap between price is huge but the gap between performance isn’t as drastic. That performance gap continues to shrink. The real question should be, is the cfmoto $20k worse? I’m gonna guess and say it’s nowhere close. That was my big takeaway, the cfmoto may not be better but it’s not that much worse, especially when you factor in price points.
After 3600km in my 950 HO EX I can say this is a very accurate review. I like mine it's not going anywhere or a bit as it has held up very, very well but maybe a Z10 turbo is in the card down the road in a year or two once the bug have been worked out. My advice for anyone sitting on the fence considering one of these is go for it, it won't leave you disappointed unless you put yourself in the position to be disappointed.
Spot on eval....comparing my new 950 vs my polaris Ace 900xc....the build quality of the CF is BETTER than the Polaris... especially the welds...now a huge fan of Cfmoto

@ I put 1,300 miles on in about a year. I had a tie rod end fail and get replaced under warranty and then a front caliper seal let loose on my final ride of the season. Overall I have been very happy with the machine and find it to slide around turns in a very fun, predictable way.
Good show. I was totally impressed with the 950ho ex. Cadilac Hill alone shows what they're capable of. You hammered your cv joints with all the tire spin and never broke an axle. Thats kinda impressive, too. Good show, brother. See ya soon.
Ya, they have worked well in the real world. I know you and the guys were all as skeptical as me in the beginning and I think watching the machines on the trails has proven to us that there is potential here. Can’t wait to see what kind of torture we can put these through in the seasons to come.

@@dbs311 yup, it’s quite obvious there has been a lot of “borrowed concepts” lol. The gen two Z-Force 950 Sport is a perfect example. Both the two seat and four seat configurations are very similar vehicles when parked side by side. If you pulled all the badges and identifying markings off of a 2024 Z-Force 950 Sport and a 2024 Maverick Sport 1000 then parked them in the middle of a busy Costco most people would likely struggle to point out many significant differences. It is what it is.

We have had our Cforce 600 since 2021 and its been a great machine. its nice theres a company out there getting more and more people onto the trails and riding.

Good video. Alot of helpful info on the CF MOTO brand. I always wondered how they held up on different terrains. Thanks for the recommendations on parts that should probably be switched out to make a better machine.
I own 3 machines of popular brands and my 950 ho ex is my favorite 'trail' machine and it has done some crazy things with zero issues. It's also very comfortable. I've done some things to it (skid plates, tune, street legal kit, and lights). I am about to do a "build out" with my local dealer (Matt's Offroad) so look for it on his channel.
I really enjoy watching all your content. You put out my favorite off-road videos by far and I'm not going to lie pretty bummed you're getting rid of the HO EX. I really enjoyed all the videos you made with it. We've always had Yamaha Can-Am and Kawasaki but the price point and your videos made me feel confident enough that we purchased a new Z-Force 950 HO EX and so far we are very impressed with it as are our family and friends that own Polaris and Can-Am. Thank you for your hard work and your amazing content as always. looking forward to new content and my fingers are crossed that one day I will see a Z10 in your future. If you ever feel like some Rocky Mountain riding in Alberta/Bc head west and look me up lol 😀

Thanks. Happy you found the video informative. At the end of the day the biggest deciding factor for most of us these days is budget. That’s just the reality. With cfmoto improving continually it’s really presented a lot more options for buyers who have a lower budget. When you factor in bang for buck it’s hard to beat the value you get in a used 950 HO EX.
Great video Julian 👍👍. I think a lot of people don’t know that cfmoto has been around for a while. Huge in Europe. Cfmoto even makes and builds motors for ktm. There’s even rumours of cfmoto developing a moto gp bike. I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t judge a book by its cover, just read it and you might be surprised.
At the end of your video about resale, cost less to buy new, it only makes sense that you get less return, it's pretty simple formula. Thank you and everyone else for their videos. Sometimes the critic's may not have a realistic opinion, just saying, expectations vary.
I have so far done real skid plates and harness in both of our machiens and will be doing stage 3 tunes and clutching but with 2 to do at a time it takes a while to get parts and time to do thank you for doing this video.
Ya man, lots of good times here. The best part is that there are many more great memories to be made in the future. I’d say one of the best parts of getting into this machine was meeting you and developing a friendship that will likely last a lifetime. Those are the memories that we will look back on later in life and truly cherish.
This dude is a crazy ass driver. I give him a lot of credit. Driving at high speeds in all sorts of environments. I just purchased a Polaris Ranger (1000) came with some cool upgrades....e.g., heat/ac, full body doors, 30" tires, etc. I'm really pleased with it. But then I use it for light work, and getting around on my ranch (517 acres) in TN. Came close to purchasing the Can Am. But access to the engine and being able to service it and work on. Was my deciding which one to get. The Polaris is much easier to work on the engine, oil changes, spark plugs, etc. Just lift the dump bed and you're good to go. My wife now uses our old UTV to get around. I did look at CF Moto and a Honda too. But we have 2 Honda Ranchers which is fun for trails. Yup we had trails put in when we began clearing the property to build on. Some states have excellent deals on undeveloped land. But you will pay to bring electric in, water too. Wells are not cheap to drill. But it was a fun project that took 2 years.
I bought a 2025 cforce 1000 gen 3 in September, from MSC, I know it's not a 950 H. O. but Im very impressed with cf moto...I will be in the market when the Z10 is released
I own a hisun sector 400 hs 1 year later it has been fine till I had to u-plug the speedo to make it go faster. so I have to keep track of where I go know to keep track of km's 1800 so far 1 belt later and needs a stator !!! besides that a highway drive at 70 km/h for 50km's is $8 in gas where I live in canada !!! just the shocks suck hole on it. I might take a set from my 2012 450r frame front shocks if they fit. next year !!! I wish they was a better clutch for mine also !!!
I love mine. It won't beat an RZR 1000 in a drag race, nor is the suspension as plush, but it is way more comfortable, sounds way nicer, quieter and has way more features for the money. Every time I drive a friends RZR so they can try my CF, I'm taking my CF back after about 10 minutes. I'm also leaving mine stock. I can't stand loud exhaust, and stock this thing has such a nice low vee-twin rumble.
Not gonna lie...Definitely was not what I was expecting them cfmoto was a awesome machine pound for pound dollars to dollars with out a doubt 💪 I've enjoyed watching yal push em 💯
I think the styling of that machine is rather odd looking, but that's me. Others might not mind it at all. I like the look of the 950 Sport, the Z10, and U Force Highlander though. After watching what you've put it through, it seems to be durable enough to handle aggressive riding. The price point of CF Motos and their 5-year warranty in Canada means we will start seeing increasingly of them on the trail. On another note, I love that you have your entire family involved in your passion.
I had a cfmoto four wheeler and loved it. Had to sell it because where we lived we had to trailer it somewhere we could ride it and ended up just sitting in the garage
My Uforce 1000 is 4 years old and going strong. I work and play hard with it and it has been pretty much flawless. A couple small minor issues that are not out of the norm in the industry. PS. I love the race and the fact the other rider hated losing to a CF Moto
I have a ‘23 HO EX and recently broke the passenger front axel. It broke flush with the dif. It’s actually the only broken axel I’ve heard of. Other than that, it’s been great!
Glad to hear your machine has been reliable. Ya, axles usually aren’t a problem but eventually everything will wear and break. Sometimes it’s just bad luck other times it’s a small mistake we make while riding to cause it. Broken axles are easy and not too expensive to fix. I’ll take a broken axle any day over some of the other stuff that can go wrong.
In the USA they were clearing out a ton of brand new left over stock 950 HO EX units for just under $11k USD last year after rebates. It was a smokin deal.
20:55 "All of the brands have recalls." That's true. The problem we've had at local CF-Moto dealers is they can't get the parts for recall and warranty work. Is this an issue across the Country (Canada)?
@@AngusNB hey, ya that’s an issue for sure. I’ve heard of this and I’ve also heard it’s getting much better overall. Cfmoto in Canada and USA is completely disconnected and not related. Both are separate organizations. I feel the USA end is run and managed much better. I’ve interacted with the team there unofficially for a while. They will reach out and say hi, ask how things are going. They engage in social media and with their customers. Canada end won’t even return an email. All the support I’ve seen as a Canadian UA-camr making CFMOTO content has been from CFMOTO USA. I know some individual cfmoto dealers here in my local area in Canada and they are good people but I’ve never dealt with corporate end in Canada. They seem very disconnected compared to the USA end. I think overall things will continue to improve with parts, service and warranty.

As I said in the video, I too believe these machines are at least as reliable as your typical razor. They definitely aren’t shaking apart like many want us to believe they do.
Are you going to try the new turbo CF Moto? It looks awesome. Fit and finish is great. Power seems.decent. suspension is robust. I think they hit it out of the park with it
Honestly you’re one of the lucky ones because I work at a dealership and I’ve seen countless blown motors and rear and total break failures also if you wreck one those cages are junk
@@ramranch6696 well it suck’s to hear that man. Are the issues your seeing caused mostly by manufacturing issues and quality or is it often abuse? As I mentioned in the video, I know this isn’t a perfect review. It’s impossible to touch on everything and explore every variable. My experiences are documented here and overall they have been positive. I know a few others who have had similar positive experiences but I’ve also heard some bad stories. I’m not naive to the fact that many haven’t had positive experiences and my experiences with cfmoto a few years back were poor overall too. If I had the finances or backing to get a few of these units and test them harder and longer I would happily do so. I wish I could do a 2 or 3 year review but when you put yourself in my shoes you can probably see why that’s tough. Since this machine was one isolated incident I decided to get my four seater cfmoto to see if it works as well or if we will find some flaws in it. I feel that will add some depth to this whole situation too. I did my best to cover as much as I could with this machine but I only covered what it gave me the opportunity to cover. I was expecting some things to break and they never did. Maybe there was some luck involved so as I always remind viewers, take everything you see or hear with a grain of salt and compare the views and opinions of many before you jump to conclusions. Thanks for the feedback, comments like yours add a lot of value to the discussion. I’d love to hear you elaborate on specific common issues you’ve seen with these machines. That way people can look into it more before they decide whether this machine is right for them.
Its definitely ugly! Almost like a dollar store rc buggy. It definitely was the #1 reason sales weren’t as good as they could’ve been. Glad the addressed it, the new z10 does look pretty good.
I got my 2022 950 HO Sport on closeout last year for $7k and they gave me $5k trade-in on my 2020 800 EX! I couldn't believe it, really $2k out of pocket? (Plus about $800 handling fees). What a machine for under $8k. Moded it out for under $10k.
I honestly think cf moto’s weakest link is the quality control, ive got some friends with these machines and have had zero issues then one or two more that its been a nightmare.
How good do you think your roll cage is I know a lot of those side by sides the first thing they change is the roll cage because they're not as strong as the upgrade

Could you or anyone else please tell me if the 32x10-14 tires work ok with the stock rims. I'm new to this and I was wondering because of the width difference between the front and back rims. Thank you!
You mentioned not one serious issue. So, what issues did it have? what were the minor issues and did they stop it from operating. Thee is a difference between those that had to be fixed and those it could keep going with. It is so good I'm going to sell it. It's time has come?
@@ohwell2790 ya it’s time came. My goal was to use it for a year or so and move on. Inwas open with that from the moment I got it. I can’t afford to buy and keep multiple machines. Also, I feel doing a comprehensive review for over A year was a good test. If you want more details you can go back and watch the previous content on the machine where specific areas are discussed more in depth. As I said, it didn’t have any real serious issues. I identified the short falls like ecu limiters and clutching. I then discussed how I remedied those issues. As I stated in the video, it’s not a perfect review but it’s my experience with this given machine. No broken axles, no engine or trans issues. Nothing serious. I mentioned most the important stuff that came to mind. As I explained in the video, I provide info so viewers can come to their own conclusions. Some people may never like or trust cfmoto regardless of what Is said or regardless of what they see. Others may shift their view points like I have. The goal is to provide info in an unbiased way so people can use it how they see fit.
I would consider the brand for some light property use. 1 year is not enough to prove reliability. All things said if you keep doing wat your doing and in 3 years it's the same story then I will consider it ok. I have a friend with there quad. It has electrical issues in under a year.

I’d love to do it but I can’t afford multiple machines for multiple years to do this stuff. I’m the review I state I know it’s not perfect but I’d argue it likely the most comprehensive review out there right now. You are correct though, I can’t say the machine will be reliable for 3 years and 10,000+ miles because I was just unable to test that.
This just goes to show that chinese brands are leveling up their products for cheaper price. Maybe US brands should look into this and meet the chinese brands at their price.
My son is a new kinda hard on stuff and his has held up for almost a year flipped rolled and put through it at wellsvilletrails I would suggest one for someone I prefer banging gears in mine so until there’s a manual sorry I’m out

Bought a cforce 1000 touring a few months ago. It holds up very well against my Can am Outlander. We'll see how it does in the long run.

A few months ago i purchased a CF Moto 600 ATV, 3yr warranty and 0.9% financing for 3yrs. About 125 miles on it so far. Only complaints is exaust point toward the ground causing too much dust, and the skid plates get sticks stuck in them often.

I love your way of giving a review, and although it will be a couple of years, I plan on getting the same 4 seater you have. I checked one out over the summer and really like it. I currently have a yamaha x2 850, and I really like it and plan to keep it once paid off.
I agree with you on the looks of that machine. But I am impressed with the new turbo version. Unfortunately, where I live here in WV. There is just no place to open it up. Not practical for type of riding do. I'm old anyway. Lol

Really well put together video with honest and unbiased opinions. I personally own an X3, that being said...my son-in-law has a CFMOTO zforce trail (i know it isn't the same as the HO) and I'm honestly super impressed with how his machine performs. He did get bigger tires (30" Roxxzillas) but other than that, its all stock and he pretty much can do just about everything i can. The sweet part is he spend 20k less than I and his was purchased brand new. Keep up the great contents!

When you compare the price difference of your machines the gap between price is huge but the gap between performance isn’t as drastic. That performance gap continues to shrink. The real question should be, is the cfmoto $20k worse? I’m gonna guess and say it’s nowhere close. That was my big takeaway, the cfmoto may not be better but it’s not that much worse, especially when you factor in price points.

After 3600km in my 950 HO EX I can say this is a very accurate review. I like mine it's not going anywhere or a bit as it has held up very, very well but maybe a Z10 turbo is in the card down the road in a year or two once the bug have been worked out. My advice for anyone sitting on the fence considering one of these is go for it, it won't leave you disappointed unless you put yourself in the position to be disappointed.

I put 1,300 miles on in about a year. I had a tie rod end fail and get replaced under warranty and then a front caliper seal let loose on my final ride of the season. Overall I have been very happy with the machine and find it to slide around turns in a very fun, predictable way.
Good show. I was totally impressed with the 950ho ex. Cadilac Hill alone shows what they're capable of. You hammered your cv joints with all the tire spin and never broke an axle. Thats kinda impressive, too. Good show, brother. See ya soon.
Ya, they have worked well in the real world. I know you and the guys were all as skeptical as me in the beginning and I think watching the machines on the trails has proven to us that there is potential here. Can’t wait to see what kind of torture we can put these through in the seasons to come.

@@dbs311 yup, it’s quite obvious there has been a lot of “borrowed concepts” lol. The gen two Z-Force 950 Sport is a perfect example. Both the two seat and four seat configurations are very similar vehicles when parked side by side. If you pulled all the badges and identifying markings off of a 2024 Z-Force 950 Sport and a 2024 Maverick Sport 1000 then parked them in the middle of a busy Costco most people would likely struggle to point out many significant differences. It is what it is.

I own 3 machines of popular brands and my 950 ho ex is my favorite 'trail' machine and it has done some crazy things with zero issues. It's also very comfortable. I've done some things to it (skid plates, tune, street legal kit, and lights). I am about to do a "build out" with my local dealer (Matt's Offroad) so look for it on his channel.
I really enjoy watching all your content. You put out my favorite off-road videos by far and I'm not going to lie pretty bummed you're getting rid of the HO EX. I really enjoyed all the videos you made with it. We've always had Yamaha Can-Am and Kawasaki but the price point and your videos made me feel confident enough that we purchased a new Z-Force 950 HO EX and so far we are very impressed with it as are our family and friends that own Polaris and Can-Am. Thank you for your hard work and your amazing content as always. looking forward to new content and my fingers are crossed that one day I will see a Z10 in your future. Thanks. Happy you found the video informative. At the end of the day the biggest deciding factor for most of us these days is budget. That’s just the reality. With cfmoto improving continually it’s really presented a lot more options for buyers who have a lower budget. When you factor in bang for buck it’s hard to beat the value you get in a used 950 HO EX.

Great video Julian 👍👍. I think a lot of people don’t know that cfmoto has been around for a while. Huge in Europe. Cfmoto even makes and builds motors for ktm. There’s even rumours of cfmoto developing a moto gp bike. I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t judge a book by its cover, just read it and you might be surprised.
At the end of your video about resale, cost less to buy new, it only makes sense that you get less return, it's pretty simple formula.

The ATVs are great.
I have so far done real skid plates and harness in both of our machiens and will be doing stage 3 tunes and clutching but with 2 to do at a time it takes a while to get parts and time to do thank you for doing this video.

Ya man, lots of good times here. The best part is that there are many more great memories to be made in the future. I’d say one of the best parts of getting into this machine was meeting you and developing a friendship that will likely last a lifetime. Those are the memories that we will look back on later in life and truly cherish.
I personally think they look a lot like jet skis with wheels. I would most certainly buy one as a dealer around me supplies them.
This dude is a crazy ass driver. I give him a lot of credit. Driving at high speeds in all sorts of environments. I just purchased a Polaris Ranger (1000) came with some cool upgrades....e.g., heat/ac, full body doors, 30" tires, etc. I'm really pleased with it. But then I use it for light work, and getting around on my ranch (517 acres) in TN. Came close to purchasing the Can Am. But access to the engine and being able to service it and work on. Was my deciding which one to get. The Polaris is much easier to work on the engine, oil changes, spark plugs, etc. Just lift the dump bed and you're good to go.
My wife now uses our old UTV to get around. I did look at CF Moto and a Honda too. But we have 2 Honda Ranchers which is fun for trails. Yup we had trails put in when we began clearing the property to build on. Some states have excellent deals on undeveloped land. But you will pay to bring electric in, water too. Wells are not cheap to drill. But it was a fun project that took 2 years.

I bought a 2025 cforce 1000 gen 3 in September, from MSC, I know it's not a 950 H. O. but Im very impressed with cf moto...I will be in the market when the Z10 is released
I own a hisun sector 400 hs 1 year later it has been fine till I had to u-plug the speedo to make it go faster. so I have to keep track of where I go know to keep track of km's 1800 so far 1 belt later and needs a stator !!! besides that a highway drive at 70 km/h for 50km's is $8 in gas where I live in canada !!! just the shocks suck hole on it. I might take a set from my 2012 450r frame front shocks if they fit. next year !!! I wish they was a better clutch for mine also !!!
I love mine. It won't beat an RZR 1000 in a drag race, nor is the suspension as plush, but it is way more comfortable, sounds way nicer, quieter and has way more features for the money.
Every time I drive a friends RZR so they can try my CF, I'm taking my CF back after about 10 minutes. I'm also leaving mine stock. I can't stand loud exhaust, and stock this thing has such a nice low vee-twin rumble.
Not gonna lie...Definitely was not what I was expecting them cfmoto was a awesome machine pound for pound dollars to dollars with out a doubt 💪 I've enjoyed watching yal push em 💯
I think the styling of that machine is rather odd looking, but that's me. Others might not mind it at all. I like the look of the 950 Sport, the Z10, and U Force Highlander though. After watching what you've put it through, it seems to be durable enough to handle aggressive riding. The price point of CF Motos and their 5-year warranty in Canada means we will start seeing increasingly of them on the trail. On another note, I love that you have your entire family involved in your passion.

I had a cfmoto four wheeler and loved it. Had to sell it because where we lived we had to trailer it somewhere we could ride it and ended up just sitting in the garage
My Uforce 1000 is 4 years old and going strong. I work and play hard with it and it has been pretty much flawless. A couple small minor issues that are not out of the norm in the industry.
PS. I love the race and the fact the other rider hated losing to a CF Moto

I have a ‘23 HO EX and recently broke the passenger front axel. It broke flush with the dif. It’s actually the only broken axel I’ve heard of. Other than that, it’s been great!
Glad to hear your machine has been reliable. Ya, axles usually aren’t a problem but eventually everything will wear and break. Sometimes it’s just bad luck other times it’s a small mistake we make while riding to cause it. Broken axles are easy and not too expensive to fix. I’ll take a broken axle any day over some of the other stuff that can go wrong.

In the USA they were clearing out a ton of brand new left over stock 950 HO EX units for just under $11k USD last year after rebates. It was a smokin deal.

That's true. The problem we've had at local CF-Moto dealers is they can't get the parts for recall and warranty work.

@@AngusNB hey, ya that’s an issue for sure. I’ve heard of this and I’ve also heard it’s getting much better overall. Cfmoto in Canada and USA is completely disconnected and not related. Both are separate organizations. I feel the USA end is run and managed much better. I’ve interacted with the team there unofficially for a while. They will reach out and say hi, ask how things are going. They engage in social media and with their customers. Canada end won’t even return an email. All the support I’ve seen as a Canadian UA-camr making CFMOTO content has been from CFMOTO USA. I know some individual cfmoto dealers here in my local area in Canada and they are good people but I’ve never dealt with corporate end in Canada. They seem very disconnected compared to the USA end. I think overall things will continue to improve with parts, service and warranty.
I have the Cforce 850 ATV, plowing and doing some light farming, it has never had a problem, now on it's third year.

@@ramranch6696 well it suck’s to hear that man. Are the issues your seeing caused mostly by manufacturing issues and quality or is it often abuse? As I mentioned in the video, I know this isn’t a perfect review. It’s impossible to touch on everything and explore every variable. My experiences are documented here and overall they have been positive. I know a few others who have had similar positive experiences but I’ve also heard some bad stories. I’m not naive to the fact that many haven’t had positive experiences and my experiences with cfmoto a few years back were poor overall too. If I had the finances or backing to get a few of these units and test them harder and longer I would happily do so. I wish I could do a 2 or 3 year review but when you put yourself in my shoes you can probably see why that’s tough. Since this machine was one isolated incident I decided to get my four seater cfmoto to see if it works as well or if we will find some flaws in it. I feel that will add some depth to this whole situation too. I did my best to cover as much as I could with this machine but I only covered what it gave me the opportunity to cover. I was expecting some things to break and they never did. Maybe there was some luck involved so as I always remind viewers, take everything you see or hear with a grain of salt and compare the views and opinions of many before you jump to conclusions. Thanks for the feedback, comments like yours add a lot of value to the discussion. I’d love to hear you elaborate on specific common issues you’ve seen with these machines. That way people can look into it more before they decide whether this machine is right for them.
Its definitely ugly! Almost like a dollar store rc buggy. It definitely was the #1 reason sales weren’t as good as they could’ve been.

I got my 2022 950 HO Sport on closeout last year for $7k and they gave me $5k trade-in on my 2020 800 EX! I couldn't believe it, really $2k out of pocket? (Plus about $800 handling fees). What a machine for under $8k. Moded it out for under $10k.

I honestly think cf moto’s weakest link is the quality control, ive got some friends with these machines and have had zero issues then one or two more that its been a nightmare.
They are built well except they have plastic gears that drive the oil and water pumps. When it strips the engine overheats.

You mentioned not one serious issue. So, what issues did it have? what were the minor issues and did they stop it from operating. Thee is a difference between those that had to be fixed and those it could keep going with. It is so good I'm going to sell it. It's time has come?
@@ohwell2790 ya it’s time came. My goal was to use it for a year or so and move on. Inwas open with that from the moment I got it. I can’t afford to buy and keep multiple machines. Also, I feel doing a comprehensive review for over A year was a good test. If you want more details you can go back and watch the previous content on the machine where specific areas are discussed more in depth. As I said, it didn’t have any real serious issues. I identified the short falls like ecu limiters and clutching. I then discussed how I remedied those issues. As I stated in the video, it’s not a perfect review but it’s my experience with this given machine. No broken axles, no engine or trans issues. Nothing serious. I mentioned most the important stuff that came to mind. As I explained in the video, I provide info so viewers can come to their own conclusions. Some people may never like or trust cfmoto regardless of what Is said or regardless of what they see. Others may shift their view points like I have. The goal is to provide info in an unbiased way so people can use it how they see fit.
I would consider the brand for some light property use.

All things said if you keep doing wat your doing and in 3 years it's the same story then I will consider it ok.

I’d love to do it but I can’t afford multiple machines for multiple years to do this stuff. I’m the review I state I know it’s not perfect but I’d argue it likely the most comprehensive review out there right now. You are correct though, I can’t say the machine will be reliable for 3 years and 10,000+ miles because I was just unable to test that.
This just goes to show that chinese brands are leveling up their products for cheaper price. Maybe US brands should look into this and meet the chinese brands at their price.
My son is a new kinda hard on stuff and his has held up for almost a year flipped rolled and put through it at wellsvilletrails I would suggest one for someone I prefer banging gears in mine so until there’s a manual sorry I’m out
